This is a walk-in level, 1520-square-ft, lakefront condominium with one of the best views at the Lake. The sunsets will take your breath away. In the heart of Osage Beach, our condominium has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. You are only a few short steps away from the dock, two swimming pools, clubhouse, and work-out room. There is a fenced-in lazy river & playground for the kids to swing or shoot hoops.
The unit has been professionally decorated and is ready for you to enjoy. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and sliding doors that open to the large, private, screened-in patio and full panoramic lake view. Kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances and some basic food staples for your convenience (coffee, tea, flour, sugar, popcorn etc). Washer and dryer are located in a walk-in utility room. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds (all linens & towels provided).
A small reading and DVD library are provided for your use. Wireless internet and HP Printer are available at no charge. We've just upgraded to flat screens, Blueray & Netflix. We have tried to think of everything and hope you will consider our unit for you next vacation.
Also available is a 12 X 36 ft boat slip (also available 40' & 48') for $20/night additional or a PWC slip for $10/night. Additional photos available upon request of slip & dock area.

This is the first condo rental my family and I have had at Osage Beach and we can't believe we got so lucky. It is truly as nice and well-kept as advertised. The owners have really gone above and beyond what is normally provided to ensure that the renters have a wonderful stay in their beautiful condo. It's very conveniently located to all the activities at Land's End and Osage Beach, in general. My kids, grandkids and I will be staying there again in 2008. We highly recommend it and the owners were a joy to work with.

A friend of mine had stayed here before and was so pleased she came back this year. I was so glad. We four 'girl's' had a marvelous, relaxing time. This condo is decorated to perfection and is very well stocked. What a great view! Overall 'exceeds expectations'! I'll be back with my kids and grandkids. This condo is well suited to adults and kids. Thanks for the great time!

We had a wonderful time at this relaxing condo. It was so very well decorated. It was also stocked with all the supplies you would ever need. The Parker's were very nice to work with. Our first reservation was during an ice storm instead of risking the drive they allowed us to move our reservations. We were so greatful to them. The views from the condo are beautiful. The tub is also relaxing after a long day of shopping. Thank you to the Parkers for allowing us to use your condo. We will forever have lasting memories. The Mueller's

We had a great week at your condo. I love the decor... in fact your kitchen countertop is the same as I just put in my remodeled kitchen so I felt right at home. I'm going to keep your listing and if we go to the lake next year I'll be sure to check with you.
