  Went to penasco after over 20 yrs of not being there...Beautiful condo..view spectacular..bed was extremely comfortable....kitchen well stocked...a/c cold as ice :) plenty of room for family of 5...pools very clean beach also very clean...we are ready to go back next month..

  We've visited three separate times and have always enjoyed our visit to this condo immensely. The listing is accurate. Condo was clean, well-equipped, staff very helpful and attentive. The condo grounds are beautiful; first class resort. We felt very safe, good security, felt no threat. Owner is very fast in responding to questions, and rental information. Nearby activities we have done that are affordable and fun: hair braiding, jewelry, and breakfast on the beach, fish tacos in town, candy store in town, grocery shopping in town, Zumba fitness in town, Osteria (fresh oyster farm nearby), looking for tide pool life on the shelf, riding the banana boat. On the condo resort property, we enjoyed the minigolf course, the sparkling pools, and the barbeque grills. Slow down, enjoy this getaway. Our family lists this as one of their favorites.

  My visit occurred over Christmas, til just before New Years, 2010. This Unit is Fantastic! The solid wood cabinetry, the TALL arched doorways, the oh-soooo-very comfortable bed!! The heater did seem to take a while to heat up the water for my arrival shower -- but my gosh! the hot water felt sooo very wonderful, that was the least of any difficulty! The tile floors and tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and a neutral, soothing color. The kitchen appliances are Great!--Kitchenaid! All kitchen necessities are provided, as are all linens and blankets. There's a flat-screen TV and even a few DVDs. The view is great!--with the 18-hole putting green just below, and the beach only a bit farther. What really truly totally was missing, was taking a bath! A realtor later told me that most units are indeed without the tub, due to 'water usage'. Also 'missing' was internet; WiFi was found at a nearby large condo complex, not 5 minutes away. It's beyond a doubt -- You'll love it here! ... and the owner is very helpful, friendly, and considerate.

  family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) spend 4th july weekend ,everthing was as expected,do not think to much about booking this condo just do it

  The four of us stayed for 1 week at this condo during the last week of August, 2010. It was HOT but worth it! Beautiful beaches, great people and memorable times. Condo had a great view of the ocean and access to three different pools on the property. Beautiful kitchen and nice to have the washer/dryer in the unit.

  My husband & I & 2 of our friends drove down to Puerto Penasco from Phoenix for the weekend. This condo was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony, happy hour on the putting course, and relaxing on the beach. We prepared all of our meals in the condo & the kitchen had all the pots, pans, & kitchen utensils we needed. Make sure to bring shampoo, though! We were very impressed with this condo & would highly recommend it to others!

  We spent 17 days in this condo in Feb. 2010. From the moment that we walked in the door, it was a "wow" experience. The unit is gorgeous and was decorated with great care. It was modern and extremely clean, with many touches of the Mexican culture from room to room. The photos were very accurate except for the fact that there were no loungers on the balcony, one of the main reasons that we had booked the place, but after a call to the owner, that was quickly taken care of. There was also a problem with the satellite TV, but again it was corrected quickly, within 24 hours. The master had a fantastic view, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the master bath! Eveything in the kitchen was top notch. We had some friends visit for a couple of days and their bedroom and bath was just perfect for them also. Both showers were walk ins. Our favorite spot was the balcony which extended the whole length of the condo. We watched many a sunrise and had cocktails out there almost every evening. Many of our days were spent on it just reading and enjoying the view. A word of caution though, the table and chairs which are wrought iron have become a bit rusty which will always happen anywhere over time in the outdoors, so be careful if you sit on them in a light colored outfit. There is a washer and dryer, good idea for an extended stay. Our only disappointments were that Casa Blanca itself is still not finished, you have to watch where you are walking when going down to the beach area as some things are sticking out of the ground. And, we like to sit down by the ocean and almost all of the chairs there were broken and the bathrooms were always locked, we had to trek back upstairs to use our own facilities. They would clean the small pool area there every day but told us that we needed an owners key to use the banos, so we paid $10 for one and never received it. Then it took us days to get the money back before we departed. We enjoyed eating @ JJ's Cantina in Cholla Bay and the Boo Bar in town for great shrimp and a great view. Also, do not miss shopping @ Mercedes Rusticos, what a beautiful place and great service. If you are looking for a very special and above average condo in Rocky Point, please give this one a try, you will not be disappointed!
