Why the Owner Chose Silver Shells
The drive to Destin is usually within a day's drive from many states. The beaches are some of the most gorgeous beaches you will ever find anywhere! There are wonderful restaurants and lots of things to do in Destin. The shopping is great! There is an outlet mall as well as The Destin Commons. There is an excellent hospital nearby in case of an emergency. The town of Destin is clean and there is everything you need close by.

There is a full service spa on the premises. Silver Shells is gated so it makes you feel much safer. The beach is owned by Silver Shells Resort. Only the owners and guests are allowed to sun bathe on the Silver Shells beach in front of the complex which makes it nice and private. The Sand Bar Tiki Hut Restaurant on the beach is really nice to have lunch available to you on the beach or at the pool. You can also walk to many restaurants nearby.
