This spacious, 1195-square-foot, ground floor condominium is located in "The Christophe" condos and offers views of Baldy Mountain. From the condominium you can walk to River Run lift and stroll into Ketchum or walk a mile longer to Sun Valley - or take the free Kart bus a block away. The complex has the ONLY year-round HEATED OUTDOOR POOL and hot tub as well as a barbecue area, picnic tables, lawn chairs, etc. Parking is in the underground garage.
The quiet, ground floor condominium was remodeled in 2007 and features a gas fireplace, queen-size sofa pull-out bed, satellite TV, stereo, VCR, DVD,CD's, books, games, computer with internet access. A small writing table with two chairs is next to the computer table. The dining area has a nice round table seating four. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, plenty of utensils and dishes. Nice original art decorates the walls.
The spacious master bedroom has two twin beds which can be used as one king-size bed, two night stands, two lamps, large dresser with mirror, table with two chairs, TV, VCR, DVD. In the closet are extra pillows and blankets. The tiled master bath has a large jacuzzi tub for two people, a spacious vanity with mirror, separate shower and toilet and hair dryer.
The second bedroom also has two twin beds which can be combined to make one king bed and the same amenities as the master bedroom. The tiled, full bath here is smaller but comfortable.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due within 5 days of booking and final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made 90 days prior arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations made 91 or more days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the reservation fee if the property can be re-rented. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates cannot be cancelled 100% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
