Second bedroom has two twin beds, large closet, TV with cable, and phone.
Kitchen has big side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with stools and lots of counter space. Dining room has an expandable table to accommodate eight to ten people.
Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, large comfortable couch and love seat, entertainment center with TV and VCR, and stereo with CD player.
Patio is open air with table and chairs, grill, and looks out to nice lush greenway.
Condominium has lots of natural light from all the windows since it is an end unit. Quiet surroundings.
Within walking distance to shopping on the corner of Mountain View and Via Linda. This includes AJ's grocery store (has homemade meals ready to go and a bakery). There are several restaurants and a Walgreen's store, fitness center (charges about $50 a month for one and $55 for two), and city park within walking distance (has outdoor exercise equipment, plenty of walking trails, and playground equipment for toddlers).
Full use of Scottsdale Ranch Lake and surroundings. Boat rentals are possible and picnic areas.
This condominium is within about ten to fifteen minutes in any direction to anything that you would want.
