Our cozy, In-Town (Breckenridge) condo which has over 1400 square feet, will comfortably accommodate you and your extended family and friends!
Located in a quiet complex called Lances West, you can walk to ski lifts (8 min) or town (5 min) or take the free bus, which stops right outside the complex. Our condo is well kept, clean, and well furnished...and extremely comfortable. You will want to return and use it again.
* Family room has a huge comfortable couch for watching the flat screen TV or your favorite movie (DVD player).
* Master Bedroom has a King size bed with luxurious cotton sheets.
* Master Bedroom also has a fireplace and Flat screen TV.
* 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed with luxurious cotton sheets.
* 2nd Bedroom has flat screen TV.
* Loft area has 2 Queen/Double sized beds with luxurious cotton sheets.
* Bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels provided.
* FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
* 2 humidifiers.
* Basic dry goods provided ~ Sugar, coffee, etc.
* Other basics provided ~ toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, liquid dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, & conditioner.
* We are located on the Free Ride Breckenridge Bus service route which has a bus stop right outside our complex.
* Pool and hot tub (indoor and outdoor hot tubs) with shower/changing room facilities.

We are staying again! We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfortable, great use of space, and the pool/hot tub complex is awesome. We showered the kids after swimming so there was less competition for the bathrooms. Location is perfect to downtown Breckenridge and a quick walking to the base of Peak 9.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had and incredible stay in Lances West! With everything at our fingertips we were able to experience everything that Breckinridge has to offer. Downtown was a quick stroll and the nightlife was hopping! We truly enjoyed the condo and our whole experience in Breckinridge!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
