Our cozy, In-Town (Breckenridge) condo which has over 1400 square feet, will comfortably accommodate you and your extended family and friends!
Located in a quiet complex called Lances West, you can walk to ski lifts (8 min) or town (5 min) or take the free bus, which stops right outside the complex. Our condo is well kept, clean, and well furnished; you will want to return and use it again.
* Family room has a huge comfortable couch for watching TV or your favorite movie (DVD player).
* Master Bedroom has a King size bed with luxurious cotton sheets.
* Master Bedroom also has a fireplace and TV with DVD player.
* 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed with luxurious cotton sheets.
* Loft area has 2 Queen/Double sized beds with luxurious cotton sheets.
* Kitchen cookware and dishes are new.
* FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
* Pak-n-play (portable crib) is available.
* 3 humidifiers.
* Basic dry goods provided.(Sugar, coffee, etc.)
* Other basics provided (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, liquid dish soap, shampoo, & conditioner)
* We are located on the Free Breckenridge Bus service route which has a bus stop right outside our complex.
