Come visit this brand new hip condo in the heart of SeaGrove Beach. This 3 bed room/3 bath condo is located on the second floor of the gated Seaview Villas. The spacious campus is beautifully landscaped with a private heated pool, community grill, and quick access to the beach (@ 5 minute stroll through a tunnel of trees).
The condo itself is large, 2100 sq.ft, designer decorated to please the modern vacationer with extras to make your stay JUST RIGHT. We have a fully equipped "cook's kitchen"; a private outdoor "lounge" for relaxing; a whirlpool bath for some pampering; a beach cart to help along the way; high speed internet access; a great stereo, and TV/DVD with armoir in each room. The list goes on and on! Check out the pictures!! A great spot for families or couples.
In addition to fun in the sun, Seagrove is full of great places to eat/drink (roof top outdoor for example), sip coffee (Beach Java). Also, there is a fish market, butcher shop, gift shop, floral shop each just steps away. Plenty of shopping. Bike and kayak rentals very close. Golf is close by. High end or budget. Seaside (walk or bike), Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and Destin are all very close.

My three sisters and I spent a week at your condo, WONDERFUL!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, filled with laughs, food, lots of sun and sand, more laughs and lots of shopping. We discovered restaurants that we had never tried before. Highly recommend Smiling Fish, Great Southern Cafe (best key lime pie ever), and Stinky's....bad name, but good food. Can't believe we waited this long to have a sister getaway like this. Weather could not have been better. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need, and then some, including a great cart for taking all those necessities to the beach. The beach is a short 5-7 minute walk to the private beach, and just a 5 minutes to the public beach by car. The pool is located just steps away from the condo. Many thanks for your generosity in sharing your home away from home with us.

You really don't need to stay right on the beach to enjoy your vacation. Seclusion, a pool at your deck. Awesome grounds. Perfect owners! How could you ask for more. The interior is so comfy! We intend on making this our vacation home every year!! Trey and Gina Horton

What a perfect place. We have vacationed in the area for years and this is our favorite condo. The decor and the amount of room is great. The pool is large and never crowed and the walk to the beach was easy. We plan to return.

What a wonderful place to spend a family vacation! The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to relax for the week. Our two girls loved the pool and the beach, and we loved the fact that neither was ever crowded. Seaside was a favorite place to spend evenings ... from excellent restaurants and eclectic shops to an outdoor performance of "Beauty & the Beast" at the amphitheater. We're already wishing to back!

My husband and I and 2 other couples (long time friends) stayed in this beautiful condo at the end of October. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was the PERFECT size for the 6 of us adults. It belongs in a "Pottery Barn Advertisement". It was comfortable, and so fresh and new! The 2 mile walk into Seaside every morning was one of the highlights each day. The beach is huge and has the whitest sand. We watched the sunset each night with our cocktails. We went to a couple of great restaurants, and the other nights we cooked gourmet meals in the condo. It is a great place to go with friends or family just to relax and have fun! I can't wait to go back!!
