This year's updates are an enlarged master bathroom with a large walk in shower and new bamboo flooring in the bedrooms and hallway.
A new larger "zero entry" pool, new hot tub, new kiddy pool and a restroom facility by the pool are now available.
Shorewood is a gated access complex located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. When you arrive at our well-equipped villa, you will enjoy home away from home, in a comfortably decorated family home atmosphere. Our Shorewood Villa (#210) is a roomy direct oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath villa located on the second floor with oceanfront views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Watch dolphins at play from the picture windows or the oceanfront balcony. Your private balcony is accessible from the living room or the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. You will be just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, with one of the best beaches on Hilton Head, and the onsite pools, large pool and kiddy pool. A close-by elevator is available. There is a large Oceanfront sun deck surrounding the pools, features lounge chairs and umbrellas for relaxing. The second floor location is ideal for those who like close access to the pool and beach.
Our villa has remodeled kitchen and baths with Silestone (hard surface) counter tops. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-size bed and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is queen size sleeper sofa in living room. The living room has a TV and VCR/DVD player. The villa is equipped with full-size appliances including a washer and dryer. There are telephone lines in the kitchen/dining area and both bedrooms. Secure wireless internet is available from our villa.
Our guests can pick up 2 free DVD movies each day from the management office close by.
Shorewood 210 has free USA long distance phone service so you call your friends and relatives and tell them how much fun you are having at Shorewood.
The private beach access (with a shower station!) provides easy access to the premier sand beach on Hilton Head Island! There are miles of the most beautiful hard packed sand beach where you can walk, run, bike, play and sunbathe.
The amenities within a short walking distance are shopping, fine restaurants, movie theaters, tennis, miniature golf, bike rentals, and a Waterfun Park. With your own or a rented bike, you can explore Hilton Head using the many miles of trails or enjoy a ride for miles on the firm sand beach.
Come to Shorewood in the Fall, Winter and Spring to enjoy peaceful days at the beach, golf courses, and tennis courts without the large summer crowds. You will also enjoy the reduced prices this time of year offers. Stays of two weeks or longer receive a discount from the published rates. Monthly rental available during Fall and Winter. Our unit is handicapped accessible with a ramp and elevator.
Rates include linens, towels, and housekeeping at checkout. The normal rental week is 4 PM Saturday to 10 AM the following Saturday. Other rental times may be available. There is no additional cleaning fee. Rates are subject to 11% South Carolina Occupancy tax. No Pets or smoking allowed. At least one occupant must be an Adult 25 years or older.

Why the Owner Chose Shorewood Villas
We have been villa owners on Hilton Head since 1980. The reason we like Hilton Head is that we like to eat at very reasonably priced restaurants with very good food. On Hilton Head there are many good choices with "early bird special prices". Taking a bike ride on the beach or the bike paths is very easy from right in front of our villa. The pool is easy to get to from our villa, as is the excellent beach.

My husband, twin boys (14) and one of their friends stayed here in 2011 - the pictures do not do this property justice. The views from the condo were AMAZING - extremely close to the pool and ocean. My boys enjoyed the .3 mile ride to Coligny Village everyday to hang out "in-town". We were close to Sea Pines, Coligny Village, etc. and had plenty of restaurant choices. The private beach outside the complex was not crowded at all, the pool had plenty of chairs/room for everyone. This was the perfect location at a good price and we are planning to come back next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wonderful view of the beach from inside the villa and especially from the deck. Villa is situated close to the great pool and to the beach. New pool is a great second option to the beach with a nice palm tree backdrop, giving it a very tropical feel. Being located in Forest Beach is a plus since you're close to everything, by bike or car. Villa was nicely appointed and met all of our needs.

Everything was great. The condo was very comfortabe,attractive and clean. The view is always great at Shorewood.The pool looks great also. We have stayed at Shorewood several times in different condos and this condo is right at the top. New floor looker beautiful.

We spent 2 weeks at this vila last Fall. The villa was in beautiful condition and had a great view of the ocean. We felt right at home and completely enjoyed our two weeks. Great location near many restaurants and activities. a .

We spent a week on Hilton Head for the first time even though I have grown up in S.C. Our family had a great time in unit 210. Looking out at the ocean every morning almost even made excercise enjoyable. The condo was great and convenient to everything. Loved being on 2nd floor stairs were very easy with few steps( no waiting for the elevator) and gave a better view of the ocean. Very quiet condo with no outside noise. Free DVDS were great for the kids. TVS could be updated but as my wife informed me we were not there to watch TV. Love the private balcony. Ate dinner on it a few nights looking out over the ocean. Thanks for the great vacation

Great villa!! This was our 5th time at Shorewood and the nicest accomadations. Nicely decorated, great location and everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. We dealt directly with Jim and he was a pleasure to work with. We hope to be back next year.

Our group of four winter weary Michiganders spend a wonderful week at 210 Shorewood. The location couldn't be any better, proximity to the beach, the pool, restaurants and shopping - all within easy walking distance. The view is spectacular and siting of dolphins near shore frequent. The condo is spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Can heartily recommend Lafferty's home away from home to anyone looking for a carefree holiday in paradise.

This summer was our third visit to Hilton Head and 210 Shorewood was, by far, the best accomodations. The unit is spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'll need. The pool is well-kept and plenty big enough. Thanks- we will be back!!!
