The best of both worlds! Built in 2006 on the narrow barrier island of Fenwick, this sumptuous, multimillion-dollar home sits on the bay, but is located just a one-minute walk to the ocean.
What Does the House Offer?
Surrounded by the clean, tranquil beaches of Fenwick Island, this sparkling home offers great third-floor ocean views from the decks and from enormous round tempered-glass windows. There are plenty of places to sleep-3 king bed and 1 queen bed masters and Jr. master, bunk room with queen bed, a den with queen bed, plus a den on the first floor, and space to just play and just hang out. You will be able to tuck in 3 families in the large beach home. Nearby you can swim, shell, hike, fish, play miniature golf, golf, boat, & shop at 140 outlet stores.
The top level master suite contains a soaking tub and a very large, two head walk-in shower. Amenities include a fabulous cook’s kitchen with two refrigerators and two sinks, a 42” HD plasma TV, four more TVs with DVDs, and a party-size second-floor deck. Relax in the soothing 7 person hot tub.

Description of the Area and Activities
The guarded beach is about 1 minute walk away from the house and there is off street parking at the house for 6 cars.
You can tour the bay with the local tour company in canoes or kayaks, join a bike group to ride the back roads or enjoy the amusements just a walking distance from the home or a 20 minute drive from the home to the Ocean City, 3 mile boardwalk. The boardwalk has a medium size amusement park with rides.
There is also access to a large state park beach right up the road with plenty of parking. The park has life guard, showers, rest rooms, snack bar, and umbrella rentals and the beach was replenished in the fall of 2008 so it is very wide. Fenwick’s beach is guarded, quiet and not at all crowed as you need to have a resident pass to park which restricts the number of beach goers. We supply 2 Wonder Wheel Beach Caddies that holds Full 48 qt. Cooler and up to 4 chairs, plus sturdy mesh bag storing tons of gear.
The house is a short drive to the 140 outlet, tax-free shops in Rehoboth Beach.
The town Fenwick – Called the Quiet Resort - spans about 14 blocks and the restaurants, stores and activities are an easy walk from the house. The town hall has a good playground for children, a basketball half court, and a shuffle board court and a picnic area. There are 7 restaurants within walking distance, a caramel corn shop, convenience store, book shop, several clothing and swim suit stores, three miniature golf courses, a water slide, and a go cart track you can take a short walk to the pristine beach for swimming and surf-fishing, wander for miles in the adjacent DE Seashore Park. There are numerous golf courses, bike paths, three boardwalks, and superb dining in 2 states.
Ocean and bay water sports - charter boat fishing, wind surfing. Local water sports: swimming, crabbing, clamming, boating, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing, sport fishing, beachcombing, surfing, shelling, windsurfing.
Day Trip about a half hour from Fenwick: Rehoboth Beach: The town is much larger than Bethany and boasts many shopping and dining options. You can also go antiquing. There is also fabulous sales tax free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores. Lewes: Smaller than Rehoboth but a good day trip...very quaint.

Check in is 3 PM, and check out is 10 AM. Early check in and check outs by request for a fee in September to May rentals ($75)
We rent partial weeks from September 15 to May 20.
We can accept credit cards but do charge a small fee.

Bed linens, towels are not included and can be rented and dropped off and picked up at your door.
Security Deposit is $1000 and is refundable. Cancellation fee is $250 if we can replace your rental.
