  What an amazing location! We woke up every morning overlooking the lush tropical forest with a mountain backdrop. With the sun shining over the greenery and palm trees, this view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The location of the unit was in close proximety to the beautiful pool and short walk to see the ocean view from the property. It was short walk down to the beach where you can enjoy the view of ocean and beach. I would highly recommend this unit at Hanalei Resort. We will be back !.

It's close to the pool, restaurant, lounge and lobby, but yet it's location is very tranquil. The restaurant and lounge should be open for your next stay.   This unit was very clean and spacious and well appointed in Hawaiian Decor. What an amazing location! We woke up every morning overlooking the amazing tropical forest with a mountain backdrop. Judy was so great to deal with and got back to us quickly on every question. I would highly recommend this complex and heard that all of the units are being renovated in the next few years which will make it even that much better. The pool area and surrounding beaches were a highlight as well.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Awesome! Just wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to stay here again! Paddle Boarding in Hanalei Bay and the river was really fun!

  We just arrived home from a wonderful vacation in Kauai. Thank you so much for the use of your condo. The condo was perfect for my husband and me. It was so relaxing and peaceful.   I rented both units for 3 people (my college bound son & 2 friends). The rooms looked JUST like the pictures. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, the rooms were clean, everything seemed to function correctly. Plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans etc.) including a variety of spices. The refrigerator/freezer was a nice size for the store bought food. The stove, microwave, dishwasher, TVs, DVD and washer/dryer all worked. Nice bed in master & in the loft. Sofa sleeper worked out well too. Tubs/showers in each bathroom. Even some beach chairs were available. The balcony has a garden view. The pool was clean and warm and the beach is a short walk (or resort golf cart drive) away. The owner was very responsive, professional and organized with documentation, updates and contact information. I would rent again from this owner. Willing to provide additional info on my stay if requested by owner.

  Thank you for the use of your place! The beach chairs were indispensable and the coolers were perfect. We opened the front door louvres and the lanai doors and the breeze was lovely! The view of the bright moonlight over the mountains was amazing. One evening my daughter and I went for a night swim with our friends and it was a great relaxing end to the day. Thank you for your kind note and email! (and all of your emails over the past months!) Had the best vacation ever! We were so happy to be there!

  We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. After a long day in the sun and sand it was pure luxury to come back to all the comforts of home. The shower was great, the bed oh so comfy! We always tell our friends about this beautiful and fantastic island. We will be telling them about your condo as well. Thanks for everything!

  Your place is wonderful! We appreciated the furnishings and the bed was really, really comfortable. I think the best part is the lanai where we had breakfast and dinner. The view from there is magnificent. I could not think of a better way for us to celebrate our 40 years of marriage.

  Our Kauai vacation was so wonderful and this beautiful condo in Hanalei Bay Resort is part of the reason it was so great. It is impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. It is well-stocked and we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We definitely made use of the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and guide books. The kitchen was equipped nicely and even had a great array of spices! The upgraded mattresses in the Master and the loft bedroom were heavenly! The lanai off the Master Bedroom was perfect for drinking our morning Kauai coffee and eating our breakfast. The views from the lanai of the waterfalls were breathtaking! The gift basket upon our arrival was so nice and we enjoyed all of the goodies. The description and photos of the unit are spot-on. The wealth of information that the owners provided to us ahead of time was so helpful in planning our trip. All of our questions were answered promptly and we made use of their recommendations for activities and points of interest. The restaurant and lounge were closed while we were there due to a recent fire. However, we just had our evening drinks on the lanai overlooking the mountain and grilled each evening at the nearby gas grills. If we get the opportunity to return to Kauai, we will definitely return to this resort and this unit.

  Thank you for renting your condo to us for our June 2011 Kauai family vacation! It was exactly what we were hoping for; beautiful views, spacious, comfortable with all the amenities we could possilby need. It was the perfect place to call home for 11 magical days exploring Kauai and all the island has to offer. We especially enjoyed spending the day snorkeling (yes, we saw turtles!) then coming home to end the day swimming in the awesome tropical pool and spa, which is where we ended up just about every evening. We did not want to leave, we even left a few items behind and want to thank you for mailing them to us! We hope to return as soon as possible!

  We had a wonderful time!! The condo was just what we were expecting, your description and photos are very clear. We found the unit to be neat and the tropical furnishings and decorating inviting. The bathrooms are spacious and well lit. The kitchen was very serviceable, containing everything we needed. The bed in the master is very comfy and both the A/C units and washer/dryer worked well. We enjoyed our Kauai coffee and breakfast every morning on the lanai absorbing the mountain view and a glass of wine there most every afternoon. Princeville and HBR is a beautiful development; the grounds and landscaping are immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful; and the pool...with the bay in the background, is a real treasure! No wonder it is so highly rated. Cathy especially enjoyed her time in and around the pool. Thanks again to you both for making your island home available to us. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and we hope to have an opportunity to return to paradise in the future. James & Cathy October 2010

  Judy, We just returned from our Kauai vacation. I just wanted to thank you for renting your units to us. The condo units were absolutely great, and the hospitality basket you left was much appreciated (especially the coffee). We did so many meaningful family outings on the Island (hiking, snorkeling, surfing, boating, kayaking, etc.) that it is a vacation our children (and their parents) will never forget. Again, thank you; your accommodations were a key component of a perfect vacation.

  June and I would love to thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful condo at Hanalei Bay. We had a most enjoyable time and all the amenities at the resort and your condo especially made it a very restful and memorable stay. We couldn't believe how quiet it was at the resort. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax and we spent lots of time at the pool and snorkelling down at the beach. By the way you have the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. I normally have long bouts of insomnia but I never slept better than in that bed. Thank you so much again for allowing us to have such a memorable holiday.
