Our professionally decorated coach home offers you the perfect place to relax. With 1840 sq feet under air conditioning, this unit offers the largest floor plan in the Hawk's Nest community. The vaulted ceilings in the living room make it feel even more spacious.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a four-person table as well as two bar stools to eat at the kitchen counter; and a living room with an entertainment center is perfect for watching TV, or just entertaining.
There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite consists of the bedroom plus a bathroom with a double sink vanity, stall shower and a large walk-in closet. All linens and towels are provided. Both the master and second bedroom have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds with a view of the pool.
The large screened-in lanai overlooks the nature preserve. There is a fully equipped laundry and an attached one car garage.
The neighborhood pool is only a few steps away from the front door, complete with restroom facilities and lounge chairs. Relax at the pool amidst the beautiful fountains while basking in the warmth of abundant Florida sunshine.
The famous 54,000 square foot "Club and Spa" has is an optional amenity with much to offer. You can relax in the tropical oversized hot tub, pamper yourself with professional massage or facial, participate in the numerous activities organized at the club, or take advantage of the state-of-the-art workout facility, with high-tech machines, lockers, showers, and steam rooms.
If tennis is your game, clay courts and professional instructors are available. Enjoy the breathtaking architecture, landscaping, and waterfalls abound in the resort styled club, with 2 large and 1 small swimming pools, fully-equipped spa, and lake view.

For those of you with children and/or grandchildren, Fiddler’s is the place for you. Their family friendly atmosphere offers fantastic waterslides, two children pools, and a terrific play area complete with swings and a jungle gym. The Gator Grille offers a children’s menu and provides coloring books and crayons for the youngsters.
