SeaHaven has been totally renovated by the current owners with new bamboo flooring downstairs, new granite kitchen countertops, new carpet upstairs, new 1/2 to full bath conversion downstairs and has been professionally redecorated in the comfortable Florida cottage style.
This 2 story Gulf front home boasts 180-degree panoramic views of the Crystal Blue Gulf and the Sugar White Beaches (that this area is known for) from the living areas on the first floor as well as from the incredible Master Suite on the second floor which includes its own sitting area and wet bar...but the first floor Master Bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor enjoy wonderful beach views as well.
Parking is not a concern with a covered 2 car garage with automatic garage door openers and an additional gated parking area.
SeaHaven is fully equipped with washer/dryer. All bed linens and kitchen and bath towels provided. The kitchen is a dream with stainless steel cooktop, microwave, double oven, new refrigerator and granite countertops.. We would love to share this bit of Paradise with you.

This beach house was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 18mths to twenty-something and their "older" parents. The house is designed for multiple activities with quiet spots for reading, lots of seating for game playing around the large coffee table, and everything we needed in the kitchen. After building sandcastles on the beach that is accessed off a private boardwalk, we cooked out in the green egg and ate on the deck while watching the dolphins perform in the ocean. Totally idyllic!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. Can't wait to stay there again after the renovations. Perfect for our family. You can't get any better than this with a private boardwalk straight to the beach and an incredible view.
