SeaHaven is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, steps from Eastern Lake, off Highway 30-A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This vacation home is perfect for the large family gathering or just right for two families that are looking for their dream vacation.
SeaHaven has been totally renovated(completed February 2008) with new bamboo flooring downstairs, new granite kitchen countertops, new carpet upstairs, new 1/2 to full bath conversion downstairs and has been professionally redecorated in the comfortable Florida cottage style.
This 2 story Gulf front home boasts 180-degree panoramic views of the Crystal Blue Gulf and the Sugar White Beaches (that this area is known for) from the living areas on the first floor as well as from the incredible Master Suite on the second floor which includes its own sitting area and wet bar...but the first floor Master Bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor enjoy wonderful beach views as well.
Parking is not a concern with a covered 2 car garage with automatic garage door openers and an additional gated parking area. SeaHaven shares a pool with our neighbors to the West.
SeaHaven is fully equipped with washer/dryer, all bed linens and kitchen and bath towels provided. The kitchen is a dream with Jenn-Air cooktop, microwave, double oven, built-in icemaker on the refrigerator door and granite countertops.. We would love to share this bit of Paradise with you.
