This luxurious villa is set in the Riverplace section of the upscale golfing development of Tara Golf and Preserve. Built new in 2006 and is situated in Bradenton, giving it an excellent location for I75, restaurants, shops, and all amenities, which are only 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Bradenton Beach is a short drive and also the wonderful island of Anna Maria, with it's glorious endless white beach. A short drive to the more upscale shopping malls, wonderful golf courses, and within short driving distance to Tampa with Busch Gardens, Orlando with Disney World, St. Peter's, Clearwater and more.

The 2 storey villa is neutrally decorated and has a bright, light cool calm and relaxing feeling. Furnished to the highest standards throughout and fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fans. The landscaping and pool are maintained to the highest standards, which are tended weekly. For your safety, there are smoke detectors throughout the home.
The family room is furnished with 2 sofas and chair, coffee table, side tables, table lamps, and TV unit with cable TV.
The dining room is excellently located from the kitchen, with light wood dining table and chairs with bay window.
The large open plan kitchen, with tile flooring, is fully equipped to a high standard. Appliances include Range, Microwave, Fridge with Freezer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Crockery, Cutlery, Utensils and Kitchenware.
The breakfast area is situated at the end of the kitchen, with sliding patio doors leading to pool and lanai area, with breakfast table and chairs.
Laundry room has a large washer and dryer, with an exit to the garage.
The Master Bedroom has a new ly installed King size bed with matching furniture with en-suite bathroom and His and Hers walk-in closet. The room has a mirror dresser, 2 night stands and lamps. The master bathroom comprises of dual sinks, large wall mirror with wall décor lighting, shaver point, walk-in corner shower and large tub, with separate water closet. The powder bathroom comprises of sink, wall mirror with wall décor lighting and water closet.
On the second floor, the den area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, side table, table, lamp, TV cupboard with cable TV, with balcony overlooking family room, and easily converts to use as a den bedroom
The second bedroom has Queen Bed with head board, foot board, night stand, lamp unit, dressing table, mirror, and closet. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, nightstand, lamp and closet.
The 3rd bedroom comprises 2 twin beds, dressor, mirror nightstand and walk in closet
The second bathroom comprises of dual sinks, wall mirror with wall décor lighting and tub with shower, and is ideally situated between the second and third bedrooms and den area.
The pool area is soth facing and overlooks a wonderful large lake. The pool has steps leading down to the pool and the deck area has sun loungers, which is fully screened. The covered lanai area has round tile patio table and chairs. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
Florida's Gulf Coast is best known for it's white sandy beaches, blue sky, stunning sunsets and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bradenton has everything at hand, that includes, shopping malls, fishing, water sports, golf courses and of course endless sunshine. Tampa is well known for Busch Gardens, Ball Games and night life abundance, all within 25 minutes. Other attractions are also very nearby and easily accessible.
