Quandry Peak overlooks the property from the south. This home features custom granite counter tops, a large front deck with gas grill, floor-to-ceiling windows, with solar window coverings in the living room and kitchen with fabulous mountain and forest views. the cozy living room has a gas fireplace and a 56" flat screen TV. The large dining area has slate floors with a table that seats 10. The entire house has radiant heated floors.

The main level features the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and small private deck. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub and granite countertops. A powder room and a laundry room are also on the main level.

The third floor features a queen-size suite with a TV, a loft sitting area with computer desk and a private bath.

The huge family room is downstairs with game table, TV, and wet bar. Also downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with double/twin bunks with a shared bath in between. For additional sleeping, there are two twin air beds, making this house capable of sleeping up to 14.

This property also has a large, two-car, heated garage.
