No extra fee for cleaning, there is a $250.00 refundable security deposit required. Charming Townhouse in the Pocono Mountains overlooks the Camelback Ski Trails! We take great pride in keeping our home cozy and clean. Our sprawling 2+ br / 2 bath townhouse can sleep 6-8 people. Upstairs, our Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an additional twin bed (great for a younger child). The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and has a beautiful view of the ski slopes & mountain. Our Loft, on the same floor as the Master Bedroom, has a trundle bed (with an additional twin bed underneath) PLUS an extra twin bed. The Loft sleeps 3 people, perfect for the kids! There is also a bureau in the Loft, so you can unpack! Downstairs, on the main floor, there is a 2nd bedroom with a Queen sized bed. Our two bathrooms are full bathrooms with bath and shower. The linens and towels are provided. When you enter our townhouse the first thing you see is our Living Room with the cathedral ceilings, making it large and airy! We have comfortable seating on our sofa, loveseat and reclining easy chair. There is a TV with a DVD/VCR player, along with DVDs for your enjoyment. We have a stereo, with a library of CDs. There are several games for young kids, and older ones, too. There is WiFi internet connection, with no extra cost to you. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to prepare a meal, minus the food, of course. Our kitchen includes a dishwasher. Along our counter we have 4 stools to have a quick snack or drink. We have a dining room next to the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer! In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace after a long day of skiing. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! NIGHT SKIING is offered at the Camelback Ski Resort. One of the few places in the area that offers this! In the summer, after a long day at the Waterpark or at the community pool you will enjoy coming into a cool house, we have an air conditioner with remote control, added in 2007! Also, the air conditioner will be appreciated after shopping at the over 100 outlets stores, just 5 minutes away! Outside, there is a deck which overlooks the ski trails of Camelback! Seats 6 people with a Gas BBQ Grill and utensils. Have a BBQ and enjoy the night lights from Camelback Ski Trails. The lights, from night skiing, makes it look like a big light-up Christmas Tree, in the winter! Breathtaking! In the front there is a cozy porch with a bench seat. Sit outside and enjoy the tranquility of the area! Many have enjoyed their morning coffee out there. ~~~ We have some of the lowest prices for the well known North Ridge Station (AKA Four Seasons at Camelback). ~~~ Less than two minutes drive from the entrance of Camelback Ski Resort / Camelbeach Water Park. Townhouse contains everything you need to make yourself at home. The house is located in a development (Northridge Station/Four Seasons at Camelback) that is surrounded by Mt Pocono State Park, which is wooded and full of wildlife. The development has an outdoor summer heated swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts (a small fee is charged for use of the pool depending on length of stay). One renter must be at least 25 years old. Families with young children welcome. A Casino has opened 15 minutes away on Rte 611 adding more places to go and enjoy the nightlife. There are many places to go within 30 minutes of our rental: - 1 minute drive outdoor community pool - 2 minute drive Camelback Ski resort/Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark - 3 minute drive paintball gallery/Barley Creek Microbrewery/kids fishing. - 4 minute drive Premium outlet shopping. - 10 minute drive horse back riding/Kohl's and various restaurants - 15 minute drive Casino gambling, Delaware Water Gap, fishing, antique shopping - 25 minute drive skeet shooting, 6 plex movie theater, mall shopping - 30 minute drive white water rafting, Bushkill Falls, golfing and so much more within those time frames. Cleaning fee already included in rental cost. Extra charge for pets ($25 a day per pet, max $75 a stay per pet). House trained and with shots and flea and tick treatments up to date only.
