Charming Townhouse in the Pocono Mountains overlooking Camelback Ski Trails/Big Pocono Mountain! We take great pride in keeping our home clean and inviting. Our townhouse can sleep up to 8 people, in our 3 bedrooms. Upstairs, our Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an additional twin bed (great for a younger child). The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and has a beautiful view of the ski slopes & mountain. On the same floor is the 3rd bedroom that has 3 twin size beds. Need a king size bed? Just put 2 of the twins together. This room sleeps 3 people - perfect for the kids! Downstairs, on the main floor, there is a another bedroom with a Queen sized bed. Perfect for grandparents who have trouble climbing stairs. Our two bathrooms are full sized bathrooms with bath and shower. One is upstairs and the other downstairs. Clean linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing detergent.
When you enter our townhouse the first thing you see is our Living Room with the cathedral ceilings, making it large and airy! We have comfortable seating on our sofa, loveseat and reclining easy chair. There is a TV with a DVD/VCR player, along with DVDs and VCR tapes for all ages for your enjoyment. We have a stereo, with a library of CDs. There are several games for young kids, and older ones, too. There is free WiFi internet connection.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to prepare a meal. Just bring your own food and spices. Our kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Along our counter we have 4 stools to have a quick snack or drink. We have a dining room next to the kitchen with seating for 6. Our deck is right outside the dining room and has a gas BBQ grill if you want to cook outside, it also has a side burner for sauces and stuff.
We have GAMECUBE, with 2 controllers and few gamecube games for the children (or adults) to play.
You're in a private home with a kitchen, living room and dining room, great for those times you want to eat in, relax and enjoy each others company by a wood burning fireplace or on the deck.
Lots of shopping at the outlet center with over 100 stores just 5 minutes away all year round.
In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace after a long day of skiing. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! NIGHT SKIING is offered at Camelback Ski Resort. One of the few places in the area that offers this!
In the summer, after a long day of hiking or at the Waterpark or at the community pool you will enjoy coming into a cool house, we have an air conditioner with remote control. Also, the air conditioner will be appreciated after shopping at the over 100 outlets stores, just 5 minutes away!
Outside, there is a deck which overlooks the ski trails of Camelback! A patio set and a Gas BBQ Grill and utensils. Enjoy the night lights from Camelback Ski Trails. The lights, from night skiing, makes it look like a big lit-up Christmas Tree, in the winter! Breathtaking! In the front there is a cozy porch with a bench seat. Sit outside and enjoy the tranquility of the area! Many have enjoyed their morning tea or coffee out there.
We are less than a three minute drive from the entrance of Camelback Ski Resort / Camelbeach Water Park. The townhouse contains everything you need to make yourself at home. A locked utility closet on the porch to leave your skiis.
The house is located in a development (Northridge Station/Four Seasons at Camelback) that is surrounded by Mt Pocono State Park, which is wooded and full of wildlife. Sometimes you can see the deer graze late at night. The development has an outdoor summer heated swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts (a small fee is charged for use of the pool depending on length of stay). The development also has a small fitness center which can be accessed for a small fee.
Renter must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents. Families with young children welcome.
There are many places to go within 30 minutes of our rental:

- 30 minute drive white water rafting, Bushkill Falls, golfing, Pocono International raceway
and so much more within those time frames.
- 90 minute drive to Upper Manhattan - perfect for those traveling from far away to visit the BIG APPLE for a day. It's a straight road to the George Washington bridge, Route 80 which turns to I-95 when you reach Teaneck NJ, close to the GWB.
Extra charge for pets ($50 per pet, max $100 a stay per pet per week). House trained, with shots, flea and tick treatments up to date only. Must be at least a year old.

Why the Owner Chose Tannersville
Mom and dad like the Poconos, fresh air and nature. It was a nice place to go and relax to get away from city living. A weekend away just recharges their batteries.
The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Townhouse
The view of Camelback is beautiful, especially when it's lit up at night. We are a 2 minute drive to the mountain, so loading and unloading the family is easy and fast. Use the backroad to avoid waiting in line to get into Camelback/Camelbeach traffic. After dropping off the kids you go to the outlet center which is nearby that when the kids call because they are ready to come home, it's no problem in 5-8 minutes they're back in the car ready for home. We have a real wood burning fireplace with free wood provided, while the kids are skiing, kick your feet up and sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the peace and quiet, while sipping a hot chocolate. Staying at a rental is great because you can save money by cooking (in our full kitchen) or staying in for some of your meals (order take out or have it delivered). Great for people on a budget or with special diets and needs. During the summer we have a large heated outdoor pool, childrens pool and playground open only for residents, renters and guests of the development. Adults can enjoy nights on the town at the casino 10-15 minutes away, they have classy restaurants, live music shows, DJ and dancing. If it rains there is a 6 plex movie theater running the newest movies 20 minutes away. There are hiking trails all around us, we are surrounded by nature and tranquility. Just listen to the birds and sometimes at night you can see the family of deers.

A great place to meet for drinks or have a nice lunch or dinner. Opens at 11:01AM for lunch and they make their own beer. The food is great.

We bought the house 2005 because my parents loved the area. It was so green and lush when we visited in the Spring and summer. It is even more beautiful in the winter evening when Camelback has the lights for night skiing on, it really does look like a Christmas tree in the distance.
