Our charming townhouse in the Pocono Mountains overlooks Camelback Ski Trails/Big Pocono Mountain! Located in Northridge Station/Four Seasons at Camelback, surrounded by Mt Pocono State Park, which is wooded and full of wildlife. Sometimes you can see the deer graze late at night. We are less than a 2 Minute drive from the entrance of Camelback Ski Resort / Camelbeach Water Park. Our townhouse contains everything you need to make yourself at home, even a locked utility closet on the porch to leave your skiis - out of your way! Our townhouse can sleep up to 8 people, in our 3 bedrooms.
We take great pride in keeping our home clean and inviting, so our renters can relax on their hard earned vacation. Upstairs, our Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a twin bed (great for a younger child), with a ceiling fan and a beautiful view of the ski slopes & mountain. The master bedroom also has ensuite bathroom. Next to master bedroom is an open bedroom with 3 twin size beds and a bureau, along with another ceiling fan (sleeps 3 people - perfect for the kids)! On the main floor is another bedroom with a Queen sized bed. Perfect for grandparents who have trouble climbing stairs or just anyone that likes to stay on the main floor. Our two full sized bathrooms have tub/showers - one upstairs and one downstairs.
Clean linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing detergent. No need to rush to the store and buy the essentials.
When you enter our townhouse the first thing you see is our Living Room with the cathedral ceilings and our wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) - large and airy! Our past renters have stated how they love entering our beautiful townhouse. They feel immediately comfortable and don't want to leave.
In our Living Room, we have comfortable seating on our new sofa, new loveseat and reclining easy chair. There is a TV with a DVD/VCR player, along with DVD/tapes for all ages. We have a stereo, with a library of CDs. There is free WiFi internet connection. The Living Room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning, for summer days.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to prepare a meal. Just bring your own food and spices. Our kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Along our counter we have 4 stools to have a quick snack or drink. We have a dining room next to the kitchen with seating for 6. Our townhouse has an open floor plan for the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Be a part of the conversation, from any part of these rooms! Go onto the deck via the sliding glass door in the dining room and enjoy the Gas BBQ Grill (which also has a side burner for sauces and such).
We have GAMECUBE, with 2 controllers and few gamecube games for the children (or adults) to play. Plenty of board games, for all ages.
In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace after a long day of skiing. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! NIGHT SKIING is offered at Camelback Ski Resort. One of the few places in the area that offers this!
In the summer, after a long day of hiking, swimming at the Waterpark or at the community pool you will enjoy coming into a cool house. We have an air conditioner with remote control and 3 ceiling fans. Also, the air conditioner will be appreciated after shopping at the over 100 outlets stores, just 5 minutes away!
Outside, there is a deck which overlooks the ski trails of Camelback! Enjoy the night lights from Camelback Ski Trails. The lights, from night skiing, makes it look like a big lit-up Christmas Tree, in the winter! Breathtaking! On the cozy porch there is a romantic bench seat. Sit outside and enjoy the tranquility of the area! Many have enjoyed their morning tea or coffee out there.
The development has an outdoor summer heated swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts (a small fee is charged for use of the pool depending on length of stay). The development also has a small fitness center which can be accessed for a small fee.
Renter must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents. Families with young children welcome.

Why the Owner Chose Tannersville
Mom and dad like the Poconos, fresh air and nature. It was a nice place to go and relax to get away from city living. A weekend away just recharges their batteries. Not too far to get away but far enough to feel like you went away. No planes, security lines or missed connections to contend with, just straight on route 80, bring all your stuff no extra baggage charge. Take the dog too, this is extra but less than leaving Fido in a kennel sometimes and nice to have the family pet with you sharing the vacation. No pets under a year old or not house trained.
The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Townhouse
The view of Camelback is beautiful, especially when it's lit up at night. We are a 2 minute drive to the mountain, so loading and unloading the family is easy and fast. Use the backroad to avoid waiting in line to get into Camelback/Camelbeach traffic. After dropping off the kids you can go to the outlet center which is nearby, when the kids call because they are ready to come home, it's no problem in 5-8 minutes they're back in the car ready for home. We have a real wood burning fireplace with free wood provided or while the kids are skiing, kick your feet up and sit in front of the fireplace enjoying a hot chocolate and enjoy the peace and quiet. Staying at a rental is great because you can save money by cooking (in our full kitchen) or staying in for some of your meals (order take out or have it delivered). Great for people on a budget or with special diets and needs. During the summer we have a large heated outdoor pool, childrens pool and playground open only for residents, renters and guests of the development. Adults can enjoy nights on the town at the casino 10-15 minutes away, they have classy restaurants, live music shows, DJ and dancing. If it rains there is a 6 plex movie theater running the newest movies 20 minutes away or 30 minutes away go to the public indoor waterpark open to all. There are hiking trails all around us, we are surrounded by nature and tranquility. Just listen to the birds and sometimes at night you can see the family of deers.

A great place to meet for drinks or have a nice lunch or dinner. Opens at 11:01AM for lunch and they make their own beer. The food is great.

My parents and I bought the house 2005 because my parents loved the area. It was so green and lush when we visited in the Spring and summer. It is even more beautiful in the winter evenings when Camelback has the lights for night skiing on, it really does look like a Christmas tree in the distance. The mountain covered in pure white snow is enticing and inviting every morning, it almost beckons you to go out and play in it.
