High in the La Quinta Cove
A quiet residential community surrounded by the Santa Rosa mountains comprised of second or part time homes and full time residents. A very short drive to the village of La Quinta, La Quinta Resort, Olde Towne, restaurants and golfing. Or walk the cove's perimeter path and hike the natural trails at the top of the cove.

CASA COLIMA
Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, at 1640 square feet. Private spa that cascades into the heated pool. Patio and built-in grill.

This custom built home was completed and furnished in April 2005. It offers a relaxing setting on a corner lot with spectacular mountain views.

Casa Colima is decorated in a comfortable modern theme. Its living room with a decorative fireplace looks out to the salt-water pool, spa with waterfall and patio. The courtyard/patio is surrounded by a perimeter privacy wall high enough to afford a very private setting but still allowing for the mountain views to be enjoyed from both indoors and out. The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters is open to the dining area and adjacent to the outdoor dining area with built-in gas grill. The generously-size master with slider to the pool area has a bath with jetted spa tub and separate shower all finished in slab travertine marble.

There is a second and third bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom and living room has televisions with cable and DVD players. There is a computer with high speed wireless service, fax and free long distance telephone within the US and Canada. The home has travertine marble floors throughout except for the carpeted bedrooms, ten-foot high ceilings and a two-car garage. Newly built and decorated, fully turn-key furnished for your carefree vacation enjoyment.

  • Great house! Lots of attention to detail. We love to cook, so the kitchen was appreciated. The bike/walking trail was not far away with great views of the valley once you got up a little higher in the park.

  • October 2006 -- We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. There were five of us and plenty of room for everyone. The house is equipped with everything that you need. We spent most of our time at the house and it was almost like being at a resort but with your own pool and spa. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The view is breathtaking -- where else can you lounge or swim while looking at the mountains that are practically in your backyard? The owner could not have been anymore accomadating with all my inquiries regarding the property. He is a great person to work with and made our stay very comfortable. If I travel that way again I would definately stay here. Thank you, Al, Viva, Jill, Quinn & Olivia
