This condo felt like home. Cozy, clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make a simple or gormet meal. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, and the rich, soft sheets and blanket with quilt made it extra nice. I also liked the big seashell lamps on each nightstand. The view from the balcony is georgeous, a great place to sit and enjoy the view of the bay while eating dinner or drinking a glass of wine. I actually saw a manatee! The small table and chairs in the sitting area in front of the condo was great, could see the ocean and beach, as well as the sunsets. Plenty of restaurants and stores close enough to walk too. The only regret was that I had to leave. If you want a place that all you need to do is unpack and decide where to go: beautiful pool on bay or beach, watch manatees on ur balcony or a beautiful sunset by beach in front of ur condo door this is it. The owners were also very nice and accommodating.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great time in a fantastic apartment in St Pete's Beach

Our first time in St Pete's Beach and this unit was the icing on the cake. Excellent location, with fantastic views of sunrise, the bay, dolphins and manatees from the rear balcony and glorious sunsets from the table and chairs on the front walkway. Apartment spotless and in excellent condition, with good quality bright furniture and every utensil you would need. Very very convenient and very comfortable. Beach just across the road and down a side path. Good restaurants within walking distance. Great community spirit - with many people clearly meeting up year after year. Would we go there again?... we would and we certainly will! Thanks also to Barbara who was so helpful and made the booking so easy Bill and Kay

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We spent a very relaxing week over Christmas at your condo and can honestly attest to our complete satisfaction. Unit #501 was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a most comfortable bed. The view over the bay was spectacular and very calming.We found the overall building and it's surrounding property very well maintained. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach for our morning walks. Shops, restaurants and attractions were all within easy reach. We will definitely seek out #501 for our next trip to St. Pete's Beach

We were exceptionally pleased with the unit. Accomodations were immaculate and well-decorated. The setting was perfect sunrise, sunset, manatees. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere within close proximity (walking distance) to fabulous beaches and short rides to St. Petersburg and Fort DeSoto. A definite "do again". Thank you Barbara.

"View-licious" condo, don't hesitate to rent this! Sunrise Resort is our favorite on St. Pete Beach. We have stayed in other units here, but this is hands down the best for us. Fabulous sunrise view of the bay from the back balcony,& great sunset beach view from front balcony. Both balconies are private, you cannot see other guests, which is typical at most resorts. This floor plan w/the open den feels so much more spacious. You can always use the pull out sofa for guests,if you must :( ~ Great location. A short stroll to the beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. The cross walk has a traffic light,and the beach trolly stop is right in front of the resort! The pool is heated in the winter and the hot tub feels great. And you have a fishing pier to watch wildlife. I highly recommend Barbara's condo. Have a wonderful holiday,I know you will just like we did.

Spending the holidays with your family requires its own separate getaway and your lovely condo provided the perfect respite The added values of the view from the balcony, the washer dryer and the second bathroom made it a home away from home. We would happily return.

This was our second stay in this comfortable beautiful condo. Our family of four enjoyed our vacation...went by way too fast. Beautiful sunrises seen from the back balcony : )

My wife and I have stayed at several places in the St. Pete Beach area over the years, but can truly say this spot is the very best. Barb and Peter were so accomodating and ready to fulfill any needs we might have....there were none. Their property is perfect in every way. We particularly enjoyed the 4th floor view of the breath taking sunrises. We had three Manatees playing under our balcony most every morning.I'm a retired Police Officer and my wife is a clean/neat fanatic. This property exceeded our expectations by a mile. We have already sent in our deposit for 2009. Thanks Barb and Pete for a most glorious vacation.

We loved this unit very much, enjoyed every moment staying there. It's such a well-maintained, comfortable place with beautiful views. We have both walked to the beach and sit on the balcony enjoy the calm soothing view of the bay. It is absolutely a wonderful condo to stay!

We stayed in the condo in the middle of September. It was perfect! Very comfy, spotless and a great location. We even saw the manatees! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Our family stayed in this condo the last week of July and had a great vacation. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 small children. The kids loved the pool and the beach was just across the street. Barbara was a pleasure to work with on the rental.

We didn't even stay at Barbara's condo in St. Pete, but she was wonderful to us just the same! We tried to book her unit in August, but the entire 5th floor was closing for renovation, but she referred us to another unit, and so far we're very happy! We hope to stay with Barbara in the future!

If you want to really know an area in Florida, you need to ask a Floridian (from Baltimore, Md. prior to '89). We have stayed at the Alden, Tradewinds, Sandpiper,& Don Cesar Suites to name afew and this unit at the Sunrise is our favorite. The unit is immmaculate and equiped with everything down to the detergent for the in unit washer(what a plus for a busy mom). The beach is across the street, so the kids and stuff need to stay organized. My son loved fishing from the lovely dock. Hope your time is as fantastic as ours! Patricia from Tampa

I just wanted to say how wonderful this place is, its like waking up in heaven, you open your eyes and see the sunrise in the distance.The place was nice and big and the most comfortable king sized bed in the master suite.Barb is one of the best owners you could ever book with, we had to make so many changes on our reservations and she was so helpful and patient, shes a very special lady.I think this place will be like our second home till I could move there, we are already thinking when we can get back to our second home.I know if you stay here you will love it!!! we did, have a great time and have a drink on the balcony for us.Thanks Barb for letting us use your beautiful place, will call soon and make another resevation as soon as I can.Your new friend Lisa Kerr

We had a wonderful time! We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the back balcony. We also watched the manatees from there as well. The condo is very comfortable for our family of four. Looking forward to next year's stay.

We have just returned from a week in the condo at St Pete Beach. The condo was absolutely wonderful.You could not ask for a more beautiful view(beautiful sunsets and sunrises!)and only a few steps away from the beach! The condo was very well equipped and nicely maintained, all the luxuries of home. The staff there was super friendly. The Tobias' were just as pleasant and accomodating! We appreciate the opportunity to stay at the condo and look forward to returning next year. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice & peaceful, relaxing vacation!

We stayed in unit 501 during Thanksgiving week. It was extremely comfortable - truly a home away from home. The sunrises on the balcony were wonderful. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks for the great accomodations!

My husband and I stayed in this condo several weeks ago. We had a wonderful visit and were very impressed with the unit. It is beautifully decorated and contains every amenity you could ask for. It sits right on the bay and provides fantastic views of both the bay and the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away. If you're going to St Pete Beach, I highly recommend these accomodations.

We had an absolutely fantastic time! The condo was clean and truly was our "home away from home" throughout the week of our vacation. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises from our balcony. The fishing pier is a nice feature although we didn't have much luck!

We just returned yesterday after spending a week at the condo. (A week is never long enough!!)I was impressed! The condo had all the comforts of home, and I slept like a baby every night we were there. We really enjoyed the balcony..we sat outside every night in the breeze, taking in the view, and enjoying how quiet and peaceful it was. The location of the place is really great, also. We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants and Tampa & downtown St. Petersburg were only a short drive away. I have only good things to say about the place and our stay and I also really enjoyed talking with Barbara. I would definetely go back! (We were sorry to have to leave at all!)

We had a very enjoyable stay at your St. Pete condo. The decor is beautiful&the scenery delightful.The Sea Critters and the Hurricane restaurants were very good in Pass A Grille. Sunset watching at the Don Cesar hotel was beautiful.My husband and I highly recommend staying at unit 501.The king size bed and two baths were just perfect.Thank you so much for renting your condo to us.

Just back from a 5 night stay in Unit 501. What a restful visit! Even though the Condo is right on Gulf Blvd., it is quite quiet and peaceful. The back porch is great for dolphin watching....they swim right up! A short walk across the street and down a side walk, is the ocean but you even have a beautiful view from the front. The inside is nicely decorated with 2 full baths...this is handy for families. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and will certainly want to visit again! Lots of things to do close by but also our favorite Seafood Buffet is Shephard's in Clearwater Beach YUM! Barbara was a delight to chat with on the phone and the entire rental was easy to facilitate.

Wonderful views from both balconies. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything that you may need to use on vacation. We cooked some meals in and found the kitchen well equipped. The owners are very accommodative. We will come back again.

What a beautiful condo! It had all the ammenities and plenty of room. The view of the bay from the balcony was nice and the lights from the city over the bay at night was very relaxing. The front sitting room with sleeper sofa was great for a couple with children. We hope to return soon.

Great condo for a couple. Centrally located to everything on the beach. Views of sunrise and manatee swimming in bay are incredible. We have stayed in this unit twice and will go back.
