  We had a wonderful time this past fall staying in Cape Charles and cute rental. The beds for comfy house was clean ! The stairs are a bit steep but not a problem . We will be back !

  We spent out spring break at this rental with our 3 kids and mother-inlaw . There was plenty of room for everone. The kitchen was well stocked even had a gas grill. Loved the golf cart . The home was clean and well kept. I would definetly recomend this home to friends .

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

  We rented this home in early April of this year. THe home was clean and well stocked . There was a plenty of room for our family of 6 . The home is older but has been remolded . We loved the beach driving the golf cart around town . I would recomend this home to others!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

  I stayed for 2 weeks last fall in this vacation home and loved it ! Great experience with the owner and everone in town ! The home was clean and had everthing I needed . The stairs where steep but was not a problem . I would recomend this home to friends ! I had a great vacation.

  My husband , our friends and I loved the unit we stayed in over the weekend in Cape Charles. The house was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very friendly and accomodating for us. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location, only 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to Main St. Cape Charles is a cute place, if we ever go back, I will definetely rent this house.

  My family loved the town and the house was generaly comfortable the way it was set up; however, we would not rent from this owner again. The house was NOT clean when we arrived, the kitchen was insufficiently stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. She did have someone come out the very next day to repair the broken back door that did not lock. However, we never heard from her again about the other issues and no refund or discount was offered. No disclosure was made about the hazardously steep stairs to the only bedrooms in the house. When we complained, the owner admitted that others had also complained about this feature. My mother-in-law could not negotiate the stairs and wound up having to sleep on the couch the nights she was there. None of the beds had a full set of linens and the pillows were little more than balled up rags. We wound up spending almost $100 on new pillows & pillow cases. On the upside, the fenced yard was a plus for our new puppy.
