Our BRAND NEW (2007) from the extra large private covered balcony. The inside of the unit features granite countertops, tile, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 4 LCD TV's, DVD, and all the luxury you'd expect. Includes a large LCD TV with DVD in the living room and LCD's in the bedrooms. The kitchen has GE Profile appliances and is fully equipped and has everything you need, even a blender to whip up your favorite frozen drinks!
There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and queen sized beds in the second master bedroom, each with private baths. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. This unit can easily accommodate up to 8 persons.

Our family wanted to make sure we took time to compliment Dave and Minnie on their condo in Ariel Dunes 1. We had a wonderful time! The view from the balcony was wonderful and the beach and pools were awesome! The condo was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The kids even made new friends at the beach and basketball court. It was just like home. Dave was very easy to work with and we would definately stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. It was just what the doctor ordered!!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We had so much fun! I would recommend this place to family and friends, in fact, I already have! It was great being able to get into the condo EARLY in the morning when we arrived. The washer/dryer are SO GREAT to have. No need to overpack! The beach is so close....looks like a long walk for your BEAUTIFUL view on the balcony, but it's not...it's right there! ...AND the view of the pool....wow! We had so much fun. The pool, the beach....LOVED IT! Condo is convenient and well maintained. We ate in...we ate out...we really enjoyed the place...CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Dave and Minnie, We just wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The view is just incredible! Our kids relly enjoyed the fountain in the pool and the beach. I wanted to let you know what a great time we had this past week at your condo. Our daughter believed she was a princess because "only princess's get to stay so high up". We found it to be in a great location with plenty to do for the 3 of us. We are looking into the future now for our next available opportunity to vacation.
