Villas Romanza offers you modern, spacious, very "Mexican" 2-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Apartments, just 3 blocks from the best swimming beach. Each apartment has two queen-size beds, and each bedroom is air-conditioned. The built-in sofa area offers additional sleeping for small child. The fully tiled bathroom has a large shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, toaster, electric beater, pots & pans, dishes and cooking utensils. There are two televisions with cable service included. On-site WiFi is available, so bring your laptop!
There are six apartments available, with two apartments on each of three levels. They surround the shared pool. The apartments on the upper levels have balconies overlooking the pool area.
Common areas include the swimming pool, laundry facilities, and a rooftop terrace, which offers a spectacular 360-degree view of Melaque. It is worth the climb to the top of the third floor! Next door to the apartments we offer a green area in which to socialize with your friends. It is partially covered offering shade, a bbq, and also has space for hammocks.
Your rent includes all utilities and weekly maid service. We restrict smoking to outside areas.
