This gorgeous property would be a perfect winter retreat for someone interested in escaping the snow. The house is complete with it's own pier and boathouse, a great place for soaking up an afternoon sunset. It is fully furnished including a washer, dryer and two refrigerators. Further, the house boasts new hardwood floors and great looking cedar siding.
Overall, the house has a beachy, yet, luxurious feel to it. Those not familiar with the Orange Beach area will be happy to know that Ono Island, where the house is located, is a very exclusive area to reside. Being on the island offers the exclusion and privacy of being at a remote resort, yet, all the conveniences of a booming beach town area, just a minute away.
Similar properties on Ono Island usually rent for much higher, however, I am offering our house at a low rate in hopes of finding a renter with whom I might be able to work out a long term agreement.
