Wonderful home is light and airy, with snow capped mountain views in the winter. This approx. 1200 square foot home in Sun City, with golf courses, club houses, and swimming pools.. is a perfect way to relax or enjoy all of the many activities and amenities available.

Features two bedrooms and two baths, eat in kitchen with bay windowed nook overlooking bougainvillea-filled yard offers you your own grapefruit and lemon trees. Sofa bed in second bedroom sleeps two. I also have a queen sized bed in the garage that can replace the sofa bed. Covered patio with propane BBQ and Brown and Jordan furniture.

This property is more like a home than a short term rental unit, with beautiful furnishings throughout; oriental carpets, plantation shutters, and quality furniture. High end treadmill included in the home. Tivo with cable TV; VCRs and DVD players. The home is also set up for both DSL and Directv (with another Tivo) as at-cost options. This end unit is situated on a huge greenbelt on the entry side of the home, so it is very private.

No smoking, please, but small pet is welcome with additional refundable deposit.
