In the Serenity of the Pines overlooking the Frazer River.FREE INTERNET . beautiful find at a value price. This is a Value find; and take in some of our recent renovations including nice tiled bathroom and Corian counter curtains: and brand new windows and aesthetic exterior paint and storm doors. Make this "your place too"- we have a lot of repeat guests. FREE SKI SHUTTLE- right outside, just minutes to the resort ditch the parking hassles. Early risers can leave early to get "First Tracks" and be accompanied by the gang later-, just hook up using you cell phones.
If more space is needed- we also own the three bedroom next door, Which offers convenience and or privacy for the adults. This one bedroom place is great for grandma/grandpa while the rest settle in next door in the Three Bedroom Place. Linens and cookware are provided and you can save money over renting a hotel by cooking at home and shopping at the nearby Safeway. (but Guys- still take her out once in a while at night, spoil her a little - it is vacation)

A little Skiing anyone? We love this as a base for Mary Jane skiing ( and Winter Park) and for Mt Biking . This place really rocks in the summer too- one of our favorites, while everyone is boiling down on the flatlands. Don't forget Leaf Season in September and October probably the best value going. Nancy is invovlved with a medical business and Jasen flys for United Airlines . He handles most of the bookings so email is better since he may have his cellphone off during flight.

We just spent a couple of nights in Winter Park and had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Technology could use a bit of an upgrade (Nintendo 64 and Batman on VHS? haha), but the bathroom and shower looked like they had been redone recently and were very nice. The bed was comfy, the couch is a tad outdated and so not the best support for a pregnant gal like myself. But we didn't spend a lot of time on the couch as there was a ton to do in town. We also used the pool at the rec center. Very nice! Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Great value!
Owner response:Thank you so much for the Great Review. We have put one of those pillow top's one the matress. It is especially nice in the winter...quite cozy. Yes the bathroom is brand new and I am proud of my wife for doing such a great job on the design.. as far as the games and VHS goes, We find it hard to keep track of the new games and DVD's The VHS and Nintendo games seem to stay put, and as you said, there is plenty to do outside in summer fall and winter... (Spring not so "muddY much" except for fishing and rafting..
