The pictures were great and accurate but we were still surprised how wonderful the layout of the house was. We gathered for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding and the first floor bedroom and full bath was great for my elderly father. The diningroom table is very large and fits 12 people comfortably. The pool was great and the house was very clean and welcoming. The location was great, close to many business and the beach but is a quiet, residential neighborhood.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Just back from an amazing two weeks at this fantastic place! The listing and photos were accurate to a tee! I got everything i was expecting and more!The property is clean and well managed and the owners were available for questions and took the time to inquire if everything was ok. The location was perfect for shopping, beach and the backyard pool was private and delightful! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect blend of the comforts of home with first class style and as close to hotel luxury as one can expect from a private home! Accurate presentation on VRBO; both description and images are real. This property is conveniently located, clean and well-maintained. Arrival and departure arrangements were accomodating, very friendly and helpful. Access to brand name food and drug stores, restaurants, and short drive to produce markets and other local attractions, beaches, I-95, Turnpike and airports. Got together with the siblings and their friends and significant others to go on a Caribbean cruise leaving from Ft. Lauderdale this February. Since the boat was dropping us back off on a Tuesday morning and none of us wanted to rush back to our Ohio winter, we decided to rent a place and stay in Florida for the rest of the week. Found this house on VRBO - good location, close to the beaches, wonderful pool and patio area. . . just perfect for 7 people who normally do not all live together. Lots of good memories . . . we'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Eight (8) guys on an annual golf trip are tough to please but this property got more than a few "wows" upon arrival. Located in a great neighborhood, very clean, well equipped and even more important - better than advertised! The open floor plan and pool area were great locations for post golf "storytelling" and, for the first time in years; we actually spent more time at our "home base" than we did at nearby pubs and restaurants. Add the great weather.... you just can't get any better. I would highly recommend this property - absolutely no complaints. This house is spotless, well cared for, and has all the amenities you could ask for. It is within a short walk to Chabad, Publix a pharmacy and a bank; a short drive to Super Target and any medical clinic; and a five to ten minute drive to the turnpike or the I-95. It is in a wonderful residential community and has all the privacy you could want. The pool is very well maintained and I am thrilled to report that the pool heater was actually put on a few days prior to our arrival so the water temperature was great….even for the evening swims. The fully enclosed screened in porch which also covers the pool keep the bugs and dust/leaves away, and the beautiful tall palm trees help create shade. There is a large sun deck off the master bedroom for anyone wanting full hot sun. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the tvs had lots of channels. There is a large dining room table for larger family meals. The owner was always easy to reach and even called us once to check in. They also have a property in Arizona, which I would not hesitate to try. I would highly recommend this property for any family…..and we can’t wait to re-book for our next visit to Boynton Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderful! Beautiful! For us, the highlight was the wonderful pool, which includes a safety fence that is extremely safe for children, and is also screened in so that we did not need to worry about mosquitoes, etc. But the entire villa is very nice, private, relaxing, and perfect for a family vacation. The owners and management are nice and were available to answer our questions and provide any guidance that we needed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful, Clean, Ultimately Convenient!!! This villa is the perfect property for a family that wants to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Beach, Shopping, Fishing and Relaxing in your backyard pool. Owners - Management were responsive and exceeded our expectations as did their property. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days / 4 nights, and we would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting South Florida. We chose it mainly for its secluded location and pool, and were thus very pleasantly surprised to find that it was also gorgeously appointed and maintained. This house would easily sleep a party of 6-8 comfortably and has every possible convenience that you could ask for. Our main worry about staying at what is essentially someone else's house was quickly allayed by the cleanliness of the house and professionalism of the owner. We have already told many of our friends and family members about this property, and we look forward to hopefully returning here in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was an a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The owner gave us so much valuable information before we even got to the property. When we got to the house we were greeted by a lovely woman who showed us through the house and we felt like we were home. The house is so comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed was there including toys for the baby and noodles for the pool. We loved the fact that it was a kosher home and we could easy walk to the Chabad shul We would definitely stay here again and again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a perfect vacation! The home was was absolutely immaculate, so tastefully furnished and comfortable. The pool area and backyard were well maintained, private and so relaxing. We found the owners to be extremely helpful both before our stay and while we were in their home - always available to answer our questions and provide any guidance that we needed. This was the fourth time that we rented this property and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else when visiting Florida. We've recommended this home to a number of our friends and are sure that they'd be just as happy as we've been should they decide to rent. I had a short relaxing vacation. It's a beautiful place. Very private, Clean, and homey place. The owners are extremely nice and trust-able people. If you are looking for a good vacationing that's the place to go to. The swimming pool is only one of the good things about this home. This is the first place I would definitely go again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

We stayed in this beautiful home from 12/25/2010 through 1/2/2011. The weather was great. The location worked very well, we were looking for a home close to friends in Boynton Beach. The house was everything we were looking for, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, and beautiful amenities. The pool was beautiful as well. I spent 5 days warm and cool days the a/c and heating worked great the heated pool and the view in the back yard is just beautiful and the overall apartment was great,clean,and very accomedating the neighborhood is extremely qiet, friendly and close to everything I plan to go back there and highly recommend it to allDid you find this review helpful? We enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the house with our teenage children. The owners were terrific to deal with and the house is very well maintained. The pool and private backyard are a big plus! We especially appreciated the pool being heated and ready to go when we arrived. Our party of 8 spent a week in this lovely, spacious, comfortable home. The listing description was on target, and dealing with the owner via email worked well. We enjoyed the layout and the space. We were able to be together and to have private time when desired. Our party included an eighty-something and a 90 year old. With knee problems, finding a bedroom/bathroom downstairs was a bonus. The shower equipped for seated bathing was also appreciated. The pool brought smiles and relaxation. The backyard privacy was a plus. We made a great choice! We will recommend this home to our friends, and they too can use this home as a base as they venture out to beaches or shopping.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, three grown children and granddaughter (one year old) spent almost a week in this lovely home. We found the home to be as beautiful and convenient as described and absolutely spotless. It was an especially perfect house for a toddler since we had no worries about the beautiful pool area due to a child-safe pool gate. The house had other amenities necessary for small children...stair gates and 2 Pac and Plays. The neighborhood is quiet, close to stores and restaurants, and only a short drive to the beach. The furniture is quite new, the kitchen very well-equipped, and I would be proud to own this home. I highly recommend this for families and groups of friends. The owners are a delight to deal with, are accommodating, and quickly answered any questions I had both before and during the stay. I plan on renting this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and 3 sons stayed in this house while we were expecting our 4th son. We stayed in this house for almot 3 months. It is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home. The property the house is located on is extremely private which is hard to find in Florida. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are wonderful people and great to deal with. This houe is very child friendly. They have 2 pack n plays which was very convenient. Having the pool was an absolute pleasure especially with the kids. There is a gate around the pool so the kids CANNOT get in it without adult supervision. The way the patio and pool area are situated in this house make it very condusive to just wanting to sit out there all the time and just enjoy pool and the weather. There are really not enough good things I could say about this house. I would recommend staying here to anyone I know and if we ever have to come back to Florida for any reaon this is where we will be staying, if it's available.Did you find this review helpful? We were a group of seven (7) golfers that spent the week starting march 9th in this very spacious and comfortable house. The weather was great along with the Golf Courses. We all appreciated the screened pool area, in fact we took all of our meals on the patio next to the pool. The owners are very nice people, well organized and always ready to help. My husband and I and our two teenage daughters really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to feel right at home. We even had two bicycles in the garage to enjoy. We enjoyed the beach each day (just a short drive) beautiful, warm sunny weather every day of our stay, as well as a back yard heated pool which we enjoyed in the evenings. Our girls enjoyed the spacious family room, large tv and video library with a variety of older and newer movies. Indoor everything looked - and probably was - new. Outside facilities, swimming pool, barbecue grill, garden furniture, and the garden itself with tall palm trees were great. Although there was some distance to the sea, that was no problem with a car. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. All communication with owners has been perfect and very helpful and friendly. We felt that this vacation for our family have been more than we could have expected. Everything was perfect. This house is beautiful, spacious and extremely well managed. Everything about our stay went smoothly. There was easy and prompt communication from start to finish. The accommodations were perfect for our large group and felt luxurious. Traveling with 2 infants was even easy since the house came equipped with two cribs, a pool gate, toys/books/games, and pool toys. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We just loved this house. It was very spacious for four women that wanted their own space. The pool was great-heated was a plus. The owners were very easy to deal with and they were very prompt with returning the sec. deposit.(earlier than they told me) The house was a home away from home. I would highly recommend this house ! It is a wonderful house for any age but for people with children it is one of a kind! It has a great heated pool that is enclosed with a child safety fence and also a fenced in ,totally private, backyard. I looked at a lot of houses and it was fate to have found this one! We were in Boynton Beach for a family wedding and this was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. We enjoyed the privet pool and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Everything is a close drive from the house but you will definitely need a car, it is a few miles to the water. I stayed at this beautiful villa with 3 other friends. The home is very beautiful and spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Having coffee in the morning outside by the pool was a delight.
