Located at 108 Anchorage Drive this home is ideal for enjoying the charm of the canal right in your back yard while simultaneously taking advantage of a truthfully short walk to the beach--800 feet! More than sufficient driveway parking precludes the need to drive to the beach where parking is extremely limited. It is quite safe to step across Rt 1 and head to the beach through Sandpiper Village.
Our home is saltbox style with three bedrooms and two full baths, fully equipped country kitchen, living room with LazyBoy sleeper sofa, central heat and air, fans, and all appliances large and small. Onsite linen service is provided which means there is no need to waste precious vacation time 'settling in'. When you arrive you'll find your beds already made and fresh towels available throughout the house.
Head outdoors via the screened porch, upper or lower deck all of which are comfortably furnished. Bring your boat for the dock and enjoy canal access to Little Assawoman Bay and Assawoman Bay all the way down to Ocean City. Keep the kids occupied with fishing, crabbing and small boating from the canal dock as well. The canal is safe! Weary travelers can simply enjoy lounging in the shady back yard where the pine trees sway in the gentle breezes and there is no need for umbrellas.
