We took our family of four to South Padre and rented this condo from the owner on 6/24/2011. All of the photos shown are accurate. Upon arrival we found that the condo was super clean and everything we needed, including appliances, were all provided. They included a toaster, refrigerator, stove, blender, coffee maker, microwave and a washer/dryer. They all came in very useful and helped us save money. The pots, pans, cups, and utensils were all provided also. There was also a small pool in the back. Since it was a shared pool with three other condos, it needed to be cleaned. The owner rose to the occasion admirably and had someone clean it within a few hours. His level of service was extremely helpful and I had no problems whatsoever. I had no problems obtaining my deposit back, either. I will definitely rent this condo again and recommend others to rent it as well. Rent with confidence!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo for one week in April 2011. It was GREAT! Very private, we had the back yard and pool to ourselves. The condo had everything we could have hoped for, and the beach was super close. I would defenitely choose this condo again in the future. The owner and his wife were so nice and attentive. All around great experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I spent a week here and throughly enjoyed it. The condo was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and well maintained. Actually was well above what I was even expecting. The owner was helpful and patient with all my questions. I'm a first time condo renter, so I had a few. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. I can see my family staying here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and a three minute walk to the public beach access. The condo has been well maintained and offers a deifinite "home away from home" feel. We will definitely rent again!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My Name is Dino Gonzalez, enjoy fishing and golfing and other outdoor activities. We live in Laguna Vista Texas 10 minutes from the island. We have a Bay boat to fish the Laguna Madre to catch some Red Drums, trouts and other fish mainly on the bay but once in a while we venture on to the ocean side for some king fish and tunas.
