This condo unit has the largest balcony offered at the tides measuring 29 X 21 feet overlooking the pool, spa and surf. This unit has been recently painted and professionally decorated in sophisticated blue, yellow and coral colors to provide the perfect beachy atmosphere. The master bedroom overlooks the balcony and has a king sized bed and private bathroom with double sinks and a garden tub and separate shower. The children's room has a full and twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed and is decorated in a nautical blue/red theme.
The guest bedroom has a King sized bed and is decorated in coral colors. The main living room is decorated in Navy Blue and white and features an overstuffed down sectional sofa and oversized chair. There is a TV/DVD/CD/VCR and surround sound CD player. There is also a TV/VCR in the master and children's bedroom. The dining room and balcony table seat 6 comfortably.
