Kapoho Tidepools are protected from the ocean's waves by a coral reef, the water is crystal clear, and often warmer than the ocean because of geothermally heated springs that enter into the tidepools in various places.
Kapoho is a small gated community in East Side of Big Island of Hawaii. Area attractions include, swimming, scuba diving, spelunking, a public swimming pool in Pahoa, fishing, restaurants, reefs, surfing, snorkeling, and a beautiful beach. Here in Kapoho Big Island of Hawaii, the sunniest spot on the quiet side of the Big Island of Hawaii, is where you can still be in touch with a bit of old Hawaii, untouched by city life. We cordially invite you to visit this piece of Paradise. Kapoho is a small quiet gated community. Your own private ocean access is 50 feet from home and 150 feet from Champagne Pond. There is also a Fishing Pad for you to fish from the Sea Wall.

If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee.

Awesome stay here on the Big Island. This is a great way to finish off the Island vacation! The turtles, the eel, and the visit by a six foot white tip shark! Thank you for the fresh flowers and the great Hawaiian music welcome! This will be a great memory to pull out in january when we are buried in6 feet of snow!

Paradise puintil we return. We all had a great time in the ocean and in the heated poinds. Spectaular sunrises and sun sets. My kids loved the boogie boards in the surf. "kookie" frogs, got to love' em. Black crabs, and wonderful cool breezes. Shashimmi and Poi (kids are ready for pizza). My prayers are that some day we will return, maybe old and grey, but in my heart i know paradise awaits us.
