Hickory Bay West is an exclusive private condominium located directly on Little Hickory Bay, a short walk to Bonita Beach.(0.6 miles) You’ll enjoy long views of the bay from your third floor lanai as well as from the condominium's bayside swimming pool and hot tub. Just below your lanai you'll see dolphins frolic. If desired,docks are usually available for your boat. There is also a boat rental company located just across the street. Both Little Hickory Bay and Big Hickory Bay have excellent fishing in protected waters. Little Hickory Bay has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
A short walk to the Beach! You can walk the gulf shore in the morning and catch the famous gulf sunset from the beach every evening. Bonita's public beach has clean, modern public facilities and Doc’s Beach Restaurant and Bar is right next door to the public beach access!
Our three bedroom end unit is located on Bonita Beach Road just 0.6 mile from the gulf shore's white sand beach. It’s conveniently located close to popular Bonita Beach shopping and resturants and only a short drive to Naples, Fort Myers, or Fort Myers Beach. If you don't need three bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom will serve well as a multipurpose den/office with sofa sleeper.
Come and enjoy the the waterfront views from your private lanai.Our condo ia an end unit with the lanai facing both south and west. It is very private. After dinner, walk down to the gulf shore and see the the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise truly awaits you. Our non-smoking condominium is beautifully decorated in soft colors. Our unit has terrific views of Little Hickory Bay from the dining area, lanai, living room, and kitchen. From the guest bedroom you look out over Big Hickory Bay.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, and large private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and second bath. The third bedroom is set up with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a desk. If you need to stay in touch with the world and get some work done, the third bedroom may be used as a den or study. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook-top range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. There is a fully-equipped laundry room in the unit. Everything you need is furnished.
Miles of white sand beach are just minutes away. Take a morning walk while watching the dolphins swim. Or just sit down on the beach and enjoy the beach scene.
Our waterfront condominium is located on Little Hickory Bay just 25 minutes from Fort Myers Airport, 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and just north of Naples. Other features include a full featured party room with a gas grill just ajacent to it, elevator, and covered parking. We are located on the trolley line that goes to Ft. Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
We bought this vacation home because of its proximity to the beach. We love water sports and sunsets. This condo is a three bedroom which was hard to find close to the beach and it also has a boat dock right out our door. It has beautiful long waterway views and it is only .6 miles from the public beach. We can just walk to the beach any time. The neighborhood is very safe and it is close to everything. We have all the resturants and shopping we could want in just a few short miles.
