My husband and I have been to PCB many times and have stayed at several different hotels. This time we were taking our 2 year old daughter so we wanted to try Splash b/c of the children's water park. What an excellent choice! The resort was fantastic! There was so much for her to do she kept us and herself quite entertained. The condo was exactly what we wanted and more. We went with my extended family that included 2 teenagers. You can imagine my reservations knowing we were traveling with teenagers and a 2 year old! Our condo was right next to the elevator door so going up and down from the beach was not a big deal at all. The condo itself was very roomy and was more than big enough for us all. We all had our own private room and our own oceanfront balconies. The teenagers loved that part! The kitchen was great and had plenty of room to cook and prepare meals in. The additional private room was perfect for us with a small child. We had a great view from our room and had quiet time for naps without being disturbed. It was the perfect set up for sure. The only thing lacking is there's not enough silverware or dishes for the smaller unit. We were fine b/c we could always run over to the kitchen for whatever we needed so it wasn't a big deal. But if you were to rent this unit soley by itself, it may be a little challenging. With that said, I would definitely go back to Splash and I would definitely stay in this condo again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

I was very disappointed with the condo. The mattress in the master bedroom is totally worn out with a big sink hole and torn! The master shower stall was gross---mold and mildew all around the door and floor caulking! The couch is stained and pretty worn out. The sign on the refrigerator said cleaning supplies were under the sink but the only thing there was the fire extinguisher. There was a swifter vacuum cleaner but no refill cloths-just the dirty one on it. And the second master that was suppose to be able to be rented on it's own had nothing but 3 utensils---nothing else. We rented all three rooms so we could invite family to come and stay with us yet have their own space. But it was not furnished with any kitchen supplies , glasses, plates and only 1 dish towel. What a shock for us! The resort itself was family friendly. Easy access to the pools, play areas and beach. Just beware of check in---a total zoo! A real shortage of carts and only 2 elevators for over 200 rooms! So do not let the great looking pictures fool you. Your view is great! But the condo is lacking. We have been going to Panama City Beach for summer vacation for the last several years and decided to try Splash for our 7 year old granddaughter. The resort was as nice as expected, but the condo was not. There are a lot nicer places to stay.

Stayed a week & had the best time! The condo was very comfortable & very well equipped. Had everything we needed for cooking & grilling. Two families (7 people) shared the condo for the week & also had other family over for breakfast,lunch & dinners with plenty of room. We loved having 2 master suites & 1 of them had its own kitchenette & private entrance yet the inside doors could be propped open during the day. Easy, easy access to the pools & the beach. It was easy to run up to the room if you were on the beach if you needed too. Not a long haul. Loved that! The ONLY thing that would have made it more convenient was if all doors had keyless entry. We will definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful destination for family fun! The beautiful corner condo was perfectly located for viewing the crystal clear waters in the mornings and the stunning sunsets at night. Splash provided every amenity we needed with our children...from playing on the beach, to the indoor water park and pool, to relaxing in the lazy river. Also, Pier Park was a wonderful attraction to end the day with dinner, ice cream, shopping and amusement park rides. Every family should experience Splash and create wonderful memories together.

The Splash Resort is extremely nice and is a great place to stay. My only suggestion is that when you check in you have a walk through and when you check out you have a walk through to confirm that there is no damage to the condo. This will ensure that you do not lose your security deposit and that there is no question of the shape the condo was left in when you checked out. Again this is a wonderful family oriented condo and my family loved the resort. I would recommend any family looking for a great vacation to stay at Splash.
