Why the Owner Chose Celadon
We chose Celadon because of its location in the Pan Handle of Florida, the weather, white sand beaches with gentle slopes and breezes. Panama City and Panama City Beach are a great destinations for vacationers since its development. The planning and development in the last 5 years have transformed and upgraded the development along the the beach. While many new condos have been built, many of the unique qualities remain. They include beach front restaurants,souvenir shops and night spots. The new Pier Park offers great shopping etc. only 2 1/2 miles away from our condo. OH! And our condo is located on the QUIET WEST END.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Need we say more! Beautiful white sand beaches, emerald shores, tennis courts, fitness center, hot tubs, heated pools. We enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and night spots, island excursions, fishing, para sailing, swimming, boating, and of sun bathing and relaxing on the great soft sand.
We love sitting on our balcony and watching sunsets and the beach below. Where we see dolphins and manta rays in the water, and the giant pelicans, seagulls, and other birds. We enjoy walking barefoot on the gentle sloping sands with gentle waves washing over our feet.

We purchased our unit #1907 upon the opening of Celadon. We chose Celadon because of it's beautiful Platinum rated units,great access to the beach,the tennis courts, parking garage with covered walkway,athletic center,hot tubs and pools. We are retired and reside during the winter months in our 19th floor unit at Celadon. I retired from Homeland Security-FEMA after 33 years of service and my wife retired as a kindergarten teacher after 31 years. We take great pride in our unit well stocked unit and it's furnishings are first class.
