You and your family will enjoy the beautiful sun rises & sets as well as what this clean lake has to offer. Our property is part of an association where rules and regulations are strictly enforced (MAINLY JUST USE COMMON SENSE)to ensure a enjoyable family vacation for our guest, fellow owners, and their guest. We look forward to giving you a fun & enjoyable place to spend your vacation.
This lake is one of the most sought after lakes in Hubbard county, with 15 feet of clarity, great fishing and 1,453 acres. You won't be disappointed. More pictures available upon request.

You will be expected to follow a upon arrival & departure list on fridge (unless otherwise advised by owner). PLEASE NOTE: Doesn't apply if rentors coming the next week. Key for cabin to be placed back in lock box and door locked upon departure unless otherwise advised by owner to leave it on the kitchen table. Please put boat key on table if used while there.

  • Balcony: 10x26 with table & 4 chairs for a beautifull view of sunrises(breakfeast)& sunsets(dinners).

  • Coffee maker, blender, toaster, soap for bathroom,dish soap for kitchen,soap for dishwasher, gas grill,new outdoor fireplace on deck,and dock slip with lift(15ft boat w/50hp & 3 person paddleboat are providedas a courtsey only if rentors sign a liability agreement using it at own risk and holding owners excempt from any claims due to injury to family members or damage to boat or injury to others while using on the lake as well as agree to pay for all damage done to it while using it). Linens(including pillows), bedding,(note: second bed is a cabin full size) paper goods, such as napkins,toilet paper(1st roll of toilet paper provided),& towels are not provided. Two full size and a queen comforter are provided. Area outside must be picked up and kept clean. All perishable food must either be put in garbage(can provided Wed is garbage day) or taken with you upon departure. Log chair is a futon & will sleep one person.

ENJOY THE UFDA FESTIVAL AND TASTE OF DORSETT IN AUGUST. HOSPITAL IS IN PARK RAPIDS IF NEEDED. GREAT RESTAURANTS IN TOWN AS WELL AS A GERMAN ONE WITH GREAT FOOD ON THE WAY TO ACKLEY
