Crestview Place offers Winter Park’s most convenient in-town lodging choice, with a shuttle bus stop to the ski area right out front. Crestview Place is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and apres ski entertainment. The 2-story townhome style condo offers approximately 1250 square feet featuring two bedrooms, 3 baths accommodating up to 8 people. Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size murphy bed in the guest bedroom, a full size sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom and a sectional in the living room that contains a queen size pull out sleeper. We have an all electric kitchen, including dishwasher, trash compactor and microwave oven. Also included are all appliances, dishes and utensils. The living room has a gas heating fireplace and cable color TV. There is a balcony with a great view of the Continental Divide and downtown Winter Park. There is also a breakfast bar and dining room table. Common facilities include elevator service, coin-operated laundry facilities, two indoor hot tubs, and underground parking.
