Thank you Jackie for a wonderful stay in Maui. The condo in Wailea is perfect for anyone who wants to stay on the West side of the island. We were so busy exploring the island that we never used the pool, but were very happy every night to come home the the condo. It was a perfect size for our family. Just great!

Mahalo Walker Family for making our first visit to Maui more wonderful than we could have ever imagined. Your condo truly is a home away from home and you have thought of every small detail. The beach chairs and bogey boards were used tirelessly every day! Your kitchen is amazing and the beds are super comfortable! We will certainly book your condo again and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in visiting Maui. Kihei and Lahaina are true 'gems' for finding everything you need (Foodland has a great selection of items and their bakery was good). The Road to Hana was an incredible experience that cannot be described in words.......thank god for pictures. I'd recommend driving back into Wailea continuing on HWY 31 past Hana, as that part of the road past Hana was the most spectacular. My experience seeing the "other side" of the Haleakala Crater and ranchlands with the old lava fields. The whale watching (Bullfrogs' boat called the Quicksilver; their Crew were very knowledgeable about whales and friendly) was unforgettable, We saw so many new baby whales with their mothers learning various behaviors and strenghtening their bodies with tail slaps & breeches! The surfing lessons from Maui Wave Riders was very professional and them remembering everybodies' names made it very personal too........we purchased the entire disk containing all the photos their photographer took as it was too difficult to pick just a few. Oh we also checked out the Large Outdoor Market at Kahului on SATURDAYS and is highly recommended for fresh produce and incredible local crafts. It starts at 7-8 am til 1pm and you really do need all that time to see it all. Nipili Bay and Kapalua Bay were nice as far as sandy beaches go, but the snorkelling there was disappointing. We found the best site to snorkel with the most abundant kinds of fish was Ahihi Kina' u Natural Area Reserve in Makena........so good we went there twice! The black lava sand was beautiful. Sunsets at Kamo'ole Beach Park II were the best and most picturesque I've seen. What more can I say? We are already planning our return trip to Maui and your beautiful condo.

Perfect location and holiday season home!

This condominium is located in a well maintained complex in Wailea, the most beautiful resort area of Maui. It is very close (within walking distance) to beaches, restaurants and an upscale shopping mall. The condo is very tastefully furnished, with incredibly comfortable beds, a flat screen television in every room (only our teenager turned hers on, though), a very functional kitchen, with thick granite counters and a lanai which offers views of the golf course and the sea beyond. We hated to leave. I cooked dinner for us about 2/3 of the time and really appreciated the fact that the knives are of high quality (Henckels) and that the kitchen is very well equipped, generally, for the home cook. There are thoughtful additions throughout for use of the condo's guests: beach shoes, comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, a book of information on what to do and where to eat in the area and on Maui and even scotch tape! The inclusion of the beach chairs for use of the guests was especially welcome for us, as they made our beach days much more comfortable. The outstanding local restaurants where we ate (and all are close by, no more than a five minute drive and most within walking distance) were Gannon's, Joe's Bar and Grill, Tommy Bahamas, Longhi's and Ferarro's (at the Four Seasons Hotel). However, the most memorable of our meals out were two lunches at Mama's Fish House, well worth the drive. When we come back to Maui, which we hope is soon, we will stay here again. A Wonderful Condo Experience

This is an absolutely terrific condo rental. From my very first contact with Jackie Walker I knew (or more accurately, had a gut feeling) that I was dealing with someone who truly understood the desires and needs of a the Maui Vacationer. My nail biting ended the minute we entered the condo. It is beautifully and fully furnished with everything you could possibly want or need - whether you're 5yrs or 105 yrs. .-okay, there is a flight of stairs up into the unit but that just means better views and nobody walking around above you. The Wailea area is absolutely gorgeous with stunning, iconic Hawaiian cove beaches as well as many terrific restaurant choices. A short drive north into Kihei offers a more funky Hawaiian vibe. Access to all the important sightseeing - Haleakala, Hana, etc. - is very easy. And it is all good.... Make your reservation and rest easy. You will love it.

Aloha Jackie, I just realized that I forgot to sign your guest book, but you know how things get busy with a little one running around. Our family had an amazing vacation in Maui, it was even more beautiful this time around, our daughter saw the ocean for the first time and loved the beach and we were able to do some site seeing and snorkeling that we didn't get to do on our last visit. We felt instantly at home in your condo, it had everything we needed and more. We could tell how you went out of your way, above and beyond to make it comfortable for everyone. I loved the kids room and all the extras for the kids; the playpen, stroller, stools, dishes/cutlery, books, videos, sand toys - it was perfect for our 20 month old. Greg & Jackie We really enjoyed our stay at your Condo. It is so nicely equipped and decorated. I really hope that I can return to visit again. A couple of maintenance items we became aware of that you should know about. First, the toilet in the front bedroom(twin bed), does not flush properly. Second, the CD player makes a lot of noise while the CD is playing. Also, one of the beach umbrellas was broken when we arrived. Thanks again for making the condo available. Mike Conway

Well appointed home in a beautiful location. Could not have asked for a better base to launch any Maui adventure. Fun at any speed for the whole family. I can't think of anything negative to say about this home away from home. All of the furniture, bedding, linen, and other living supplies were either new or in great condition. Plus all of the little "extras" that you may need for home cooking as well as local beach entertainment were provided, our 2 1/2 year old was especially excited about all of the sand toys. This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation near some beautiful Maui beaches! Thank you Jackie and Greg for providing such a perfect condo home so that we could enjoy a vacation I am sure we will never forget!

Jackie and Greg, We don't even know where to begin. My expectations were high, but what we experienced was beyond words. From the minute we walked through the doors we could have not wanted for more. Our last visit to Maui was at the Grand Wailea, and I have to say, this experience went even beyond the Grand Wailea.............and that is saying something!! Maui is our #1 vacation destination, and we have been many times and know it well. We've stayed at three other units at the Grand Champions over the years, and this is by far the nicest we've stayed in! There are so many little things that Greg and Jackie have done that are above and beyond anything you will find from other owners. From the welcome basket that awaits your arrival when you walk in the door, to the well stocked beach accessories including chairs and towels, it really feels like your home away from home! It was nice to have a fresh, unwrapped sponge at the sink and enough paper and cleaning supplies to last through our 10 days in the condo. Yes, other owners provide laundry detergent for the first one or two loads of laundry, but not enough for the whole trip! Attention to things like this really enhances one’s stay more than you can imagine.The unit was clean, the interior design tasteful (not that usual Hawaii condo wicker furniture!), the kitchen well stocked, the washer/dryer unit large and the beds comfy. The views/sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to stay here on future trips. We would highly recommend Jackie and Greg’s condo to all of our friends and family. Not only is the condo awesome, Jackie could not be more of a pleasure to deal with…sure that Greg is too! Greg & Jackie - thanks so much for opening your home to me at Grand Champions. I had high expectations and your condo met every single one of them, from the stylish decor to the fact you stocked a decent wine glass (you may laugh...but it matters to me). I also appreciated silly stuff like the basic food condiments in the fridge, suntan lotion, beach chairs - beach towels! Seriously, I could not ask for anything more. If I return to Wailea, and this is supreme compliment - I'll angst between going back to my beloved Four Seasons and staying at your place. While I know they are different experiences, the plushness and privacy of your home were such a pleasure. Being able to have a car two steps outside the front door was a convenience I loved having. Aloha Greg & Jackie: Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The second time around was just as good as the first, if not better (we knew where everything was, and how everything worked). We really enjoyed some of the "new" stuff, like the new sofa, that even you haven't seen and the new Cuisinart coffee maker with the little gauge, that tells you how much coffee is in the holding tank. In closing, the girls had a blast, despite spending most of the time on the new couch watching movies on the flat screen TV and not taking advantage of the beautiful Maui scenary. Just returned home yesterday from Maui and a wonderful week at your condo. We had a girls week away from work, and regular stuff. I am missing it already. The beds were wonderful! The condo had everything a person could ask for. It has such a nice layout for family vacations. The little red headed birds were such fun to watch. I just loved hearing the breeze coming through the palms. It was paradise to wake up the morning sounds of the Island. Nice quiet complex. Overall, I would rate this as the best place we have ever stayed in away from home. We stayed here with daughter and son while other daughter stayed at Grand Wialea Resort. She was getting married. Her and her new husband stopped by our condo and wished they had gotten something like this. The condo has more accessable parking. You can have food available for breakfast, lunches and dinner. Room for the whole family, yet all had their own privacy. Everything was very clean and great quality. All the owners items for guests enjoyment came in really handy. Saved hauling playpen and other items for grand daughter. Just a great experience. If I go back to Maui, this will be the first place I would try to get. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Ted

My family had a great time in Hawaii, and this third visit in 5 years reinforces Maui as a favorite family vacation spot. Your condo is wonderfully situated, very quiet, and filled with all sorts of goodies that were used with gusto. My husband and son are now Scrabble experts, and I finally mastered boogie boarding with the smaller of the boards you supplied. The master bed was extremely comfortable (and I have a herniated disc so need a good bed) and the shower was a delight after a full day on the beach. As for the big screen TV, my son made ample use of it to surf all televised sports. When I wanted to listen to the birds and breezes, he gladly spread out on his bed in the second bedroom and watched basketball in that room (and I didn’t hear a thing thanks to unit layout). Your home away from home was well suited to my family of 4 with adult “children”.

We loved the condo. Well stocked, clean, and modern. In a nice quiet area along the golf course, but just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Fantastic place to stay if you are travelling with children. We had our one year old with us and did not need to bring much. Everything from toys, plates, movies, stroller, books, life jacket, etc. It made our trip much easier not having to bring so much! Looking forward to going back. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Walkers condo. It is very clean, well equipped, has great beds & pillows plus a nice fairway view to the ocean. We loved the beautiful sunsets & the quiet. The pool area is small but pretty with custom tile work that is really well done including ceramic 'turtles' swimming in the pool.

We had a "mommy" getaway in complete paradise. The condo was amazing and had all the amenities one would need. Greg and Jackie you have done a beautiful job with your condo. I just returned from Maui and loved this condo! It is very clean and well maintained and more modernly furnished than some of the other units I saw. It has everything you could want from beach toys to flat screen TVs. The location is great, very easy to find and close to a lot of the attractions and beaches. Additionally, the owners are SO helpful and very organized. They take care of everything so all you need to do is show up! I would definitely rent from Greg and Jackie again and will certainly refer them to all my friends. Thanks again!

The condo was terrific. We had absolutely everything that we would have at home. It was very clean and the kitchen was amazing. Staying in this condo instead of a hotel made all the difference in our third trip to Maui. I would recommend this condo over any five star hotel.

Hi Jackie - Thanks for the use of your wonderful condo! It was great having all the kids' gear available for our use, plus all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We appreciate you being so responsive and accommodating to our questions/requests. Had a great week in this unit. Everything we needed was provided, and then some. An easy walk to a family friendly beach and an extremely clean and comfy, welcoming unit. My family would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Jackie & Greg!

Hi Jackie, Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful Maui home! It was everything I thought it would be and more. So much better than being crammed into one hotel room. We really appreciated the use of your boogie boards, and golf clubs,which saved us about $140.00! We would definitely love to stay there again when we return to Maui. Carol

Jackie, The place was great and everything was comfortable and just as your webpage describes. Vey nice! I want to say that the Grand Champions Resort was in spectacular shape this trip and kudos goes out to the staff there for keeping the grounds immaculate. Pat

We absolutely loved the place. It was taken care of extremely well and clean but also felt like home. In fact, the beds were better than at home. The location was fantastic and a very short drive to the best beach we found on all of Maui (big beach). The plethora of sand toys kept our kids entertained without causing us to go to the store to pick some up.

Aloha Walker Family: We just came home after spending a glorious week in your condo. Your home was everything you said it would be and more..sooo comfortable, so immaculate, and your attention to detail is amazing! Jackie and Greg, Our family just returned from spending 2 1/2 weeks over Christmas and New Years. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay at your condo ...it was wonderful. When we turned the key and walked in we immediately felt comfortable and at home. It was so clean and pleasing and you had so many things available to make our stay more accomodating. Jackie and Greg, What an amazing time we had. Your place is phenomenal...and so user friendly!!! From the flat screen TV's, ipod player/charger, Tempur-pedic beds, spacious master bathroom and shower to the great kitchen and gorgeous granite....your place is top of the line. The decor was beautiful yet relaxing and comfortable. You really put a lot of TLC into your condo and we were so lucky to be able to experience it....can't wait to return!! Thanks for the memories. If you haven't decided on a condo in Hawaii...This one was a piece of Heaven. Jackie and her family really does think of EVERYTHING! We had a fantastic time and such a fabulous location. My family really enjoyed staying in #166! I wish our stay had been longer. We had stayed in one room in a Ka'anapali hotel with our 2 teen age sons for five nights, so we really welcomed the space and comfort that your condo offered. The kids loved the flat screen TV's and the DVD's that you had. The beds were very comfy and the decor was updated and attractive. (Thanks to Louise, the place was spotless which is very important to me!) We loved the warm pool and jacuzzi which we almost had to ourselves. Overall 166 offered a quiet and comfortable experience at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
