Vistas on the Gulf is a 38 unit condo built on St. Pete Beach in 2003. If you've never been here, the beach is a great place for families, quiet and relaxing. We are the original owners of unit 301 and spend as much time as possible there, it has become our oasis! The gulf front view is just incredible, not only during the day, but look at our pictures to see some of the spectacular sunsets and rainbows we've seen!
The unique thing about our unit is that we have two balconies--a large balcony directly facing west to the Gulf of Mexico. Another balcony is off the second bedroom and faces south. This view gives you a great pool view and a beautiful gulf view. One of the nice features of our condo, is that you can walk right out to the beach and can enjoy several beach restaurants/bars and never even have to put on your shoes!
Each unit is individually owned and we have added many personal touches. One bedroom has a queen bed with a new premuim mattress purchased in July '07 and another bedroom has a trundle bed set (2 single beds). The living room also has a double sized sofa-sleeper. As nice as the unit is, you'll most likely be enjoying the beautiful beach and weather outside! |
