Beachfront Condominium - Enjoy the breathtaking view from this two bedroom (1113 square feet) penthouse suite. A brand new condo, equipped with all of the amenities you need to sit back, relax, and enjoy the holiday. A fully equipped kitchen, large T.V., leather couch and chairs, full size dining table and large patio set are only some of the amenities found in our suite!
Our master bedroom contains a king size bed with extra linens provided. The second bedroom has two singles that may be combined if needed. Vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms adds that extra space for total relaxation. Each room has it's own seperate air conditioning unit for you to use.
On your way to the pool or ocean, use one of the supplied boogie boards or enjoy a game of tennis or mini golf. Enjoy one of the three pool areas or sit back and relax in one of the two hot-tubs. During busy season, purchase snacks and "cool ones" from the center palapa in the main courtyard.
The condo has elevator access with the entrance door facing south.

My husband and I were both born in raised in Northern Alberta, Canada, where it can be very cold at times. Although we love winter sports, visiting the ocean during the cold months has always been a wonderfull break. Our 2 young children enjoy the ocean as well especially the "surfing".

Once you see the location, you will know why we choose to buy here!! The laid back, quiet and safe atmosphere would entise anyone!! When you are at the complex, it seems like you are a million miles away from any of the everyday stress! Our family has come to feel like this is our "second" home. We absolutely love Mexico and the culture even within the complex.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for the entire month of January, 2011. We loved the condo, it is fabulously equipped and we had gorgeous views of the pools and the ocean. We often saw dolphins and whales from the comfort of the very large deck, and enjoyed using the Bar-B-Q. Taxis and buses are plentiful. There are wonderful restaurants nearby, and it is also convenient to to the Mega store where you can buy your groceries, baked goods and wine/liquor. We were loathe to leave, coming back to -30C in our home town. If you rent this unit, you will not be disappointed. Wish I were there right now!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
