Our beautiful Mexico Vacation Rental Condominium on Ixchel Beach faces one of the most glorious white sand beaches in the Yucatan Peninsula- Playa Norte. Your stay in our luxurious condo will provide you with gorgeous sunsets off of your oversized private balcony. This two bedroom (king suite and 2 double beds all beds have 3" Tempurpedic memory foam on quality mattresses), two bathroom suite also has a double futon in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room.

The charming village of Isla Mujeres is just steps away from your condo. The numerous restaurants offer Mexican, Caribbean, International and Yucatan cuisine. Wake up in the morning and stroll down to your choice of fresh squeezed juices, capuccino, lattes and homemade pastries in the village. Enjoy lunch poolside at the snack bar and the village is lively at night with fine dining and delightful shopping. There is no need to rent a car for your stay, but if you would like to explore the rest of the island and the nearby wonders, you can rent cars or mopeds reasonably on the island by the day.

Upon your arrival at Cancun Int'l Airport, it is a 30 minute cab ride to the ferry and a twenty minute ferry to this incredible island getaway. We have found Isla Mujeres to be one of the true gems of the caribbean. You will fall in love with the island as we have.   • We stayed at this condo the first week of May, 2007. The condo is beautifully furnished. The view from both bedrooms and living room are gorgeous. It was quiet and relaxing. The pool is great. The owners are very helpful with restaurants, transportation and anything else you may need to know. We found most everything was within walking distance. We'll be back!

  • This condominium is located in THE most beautiful property on the entire island. The pool is fabulous and the beach will leave you speechless. The staff is wonderful and if we are fortunate enough to visit Isla again, we will definitely stay at the Ixchel Beach Hotel. The owners of this particular condominium were very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended!
