This lovely coastal home is directly across the channel from uninhabited Buck Island, declared a national monument by President John F. Kennedy in 1961. Privateers once anchored alongside the reefs, but today it is a favorite destination for sailing yachts, that breeze by as you sip morning coffee or sunset drinks on your patio. You will also want to take a day trip out to Buck Island, on one of the charter boat services, for wonderful snorkeling and beautiful coral! Into Scuba Diving? Be sure to visit the famous Cane Bay, also known as the Wall. They will teach you how to dive in 1 day.
I can also recommend restaurants, bars, renting a car, and other activities you might enjoy. Spend your days lounging at the hilltop swimming pool or relaxing at the beach. For the activity minded, play a few sets of tennis or a round of golf.
