This beautiful new condo is located just minutes from the airport in Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers, FL (east of Interstate 75 at Colonial Boulevard). With numerous on-site amenities such as tennis courts, the infamous 18-hole Troon Golf course designed by Gordon Lewis (with aquatic driving range and putting green), and fitness/rec center offering various relaxation and workout facilities such as the fitness center (fitness classes also available), massage appointments, and community recreational pool/sauna/hot tub.
Staying at Colonial make several restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and beaches (Sanibel, Ft. Myers, and Captiva) convenient to get to! The on-site country club features a full-service. 18,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, grill room, and snack bar. It also has an extensive tennis pro shop offering many products and services. The eight tennis courts are lighted Har-Tru courts, and the club also offers two hard surface courts. Colonial Country Club is highly eco sensitive and provides neighborhood parks and nature trails throughout its 750 acres including 150 acres of protected natural preserved areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes.
The property is on a lake-front view along the golf course. The unit is fully furnished throughout, also including vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with eat-in dining set and countertop stools, a larger formal dining area, and a great room with easy access to the screened in lanai. There is also a two-car garage which is convenient for traveling or storing purposes. Our neighborhood hot tub and pool are just steps away.
The master bedroom includes private access to communal lanai, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Additionally, there are two walk-in closets (one serving as an owner's closet). The bedroom has two twin beds which can be easily put together for a king, and the windows allow the natural light to wake you with a smile in the morning. The bedroom contains access to its own bathroom with shower, tub, and two sinks. The den has a sofa that has a pull-out queen-size bed for extra sleeping. It also contains a desk for business or study purposes, and two large doors open and close for privacy. The laundry room will assist you in light-packing.
