Many churches are within 10 minutes. Fort Myers airport is 35 minutes away; major league baseball spring training is 45 minutes away. Just over 10 minutes away, you will find upscale shopping and dining on Naples Fifth Avenue or on Third Street Venetian Village or shop at Coastland Center Mall and nearby outlet centers. The Yosts rent out their beautiful two-bedroom, two bath condo in Naples, FL. We like to rent to people who want to stay in an updated condo in a predominantly residential community. We selected updated floor coverings, furniture, linens, and granite counter tops that are the same quality we would want to use if we were living in the condo. Deauville is just over 10 minutes away from the major attractions in Naples--beach, shopping, fishing, churches, kayaking, and zoo. We live in Minnesota and are both professionals--an engineer and a college professor. We look forward to the day when we retire and we, too, will be able to spend most of the winter in Naples. We especially like going to the beach each evening to watch the sunset. Often we pack food and eat a meal while watching the colorful display. Our condo overlooks a lake and we enjoy watching the sun play on the water and the birds play along the water's edge. We take pride in our condo and look for renters who will take care of our condo as carefully as they would their own homes.
Why the Owner Chose Deauville Lake Club
The weather and beaches make Naples the best place in Florida. The quality building and amenities, and friendly people drew us to the Deauville condo community in Naples, Florida. Naples is warmer in the winter than most other Florida locations. Each street in the southern part of Naples ends at the beach where you'll find parking and often a bench or a shower. The beaches are clean, white sand. You'll find friendly people, but you won't find partying at these beaches. Deauville Lake Club of Naples is exceptional. The buildings, facilities, and grounds are carefully maintained. The condos are surrounded by a Florida woods. Deauville is conveniently close to businesses, but far from the hubbub. You can easily drive to shopping, fishing, concerts, and major league baseball. (Go Twins!) Unlike some condo communities, Deauville residents are open to newcomers and renters.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Yost's condo in Deauville is larger than many available at this price in Naples, Florida. We like the spaciousness of over 1200 square feet. We wake up to a view of the lake, exercise in one of the pools, walk the ring road, play tennis or shuffle board on the carefully maintained courts, drive a few minutes to the store or dinner, and end the daylight hours watching the sunset at the beach. There are many churches nearby. We attend concerts and visit local libraries and nature preserves. We love our condo and we love Deauville.

The condo met all our needs, was clean, and comfortably furnished! We liked the location. The neighbors were helpful and the rental went smoothly. We had not been to Naples for a few years and enjoyed it again in Septemenber and October. Great time to be there!
