This condo and vacation was just what we needed. The owner was easy to deal with. The condo was as advertised. Fully stocked, with a great view of the gulf from the large balcony. The condo was within walking distance of many dining choices. The best part was that it is right on the gulf. The beach is clean and well kept. The condo fitness center was also clean and up to date as were the pools. Would definitely look to this owner if returning to the area. Thanks for the use of this great property.

We spent our spring break at Terri's condo is beautiful, beds are comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and the pictures are everything it says it is. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by and at times jump out of the water. The beach is breath taking, gym just right and the hot tub was nice after a long day of playing in the ocean. Terri was wonderful to work with and helped with ideas on keeping my teenagers happy. We will come back again and use Terri's condo.

We had a wonderful trip! We stayed from July 10-17, 2010. The condo was exactly as listed in the description. Everything was clean and beautiful. The owners were really nice and easy to work with and answered all of my many questions. We will rent this condo again if we need one this big. Some of our group backed out but that was their loss, we had a wonderful time!! The beaches were beautiful! They were being maintained on a daily basis if anything came onto the beaches. I absolutely loved the view and spent my condo time on the balcony! My youngest daughter loved the pool. They anticipated our every need with cooking and grilling. We ate at Sea N Suds for lunch a couple of times, very good! We ate at Desoto's which is one of our very favorite spots. And of course we ate at Lamberts! Then we may have found a new favorite, we ate at Bubba's our last night there, wonderful food! But we didn't eat out all the time. We grilled burgers and hotdogs, ordered pizza one night and grilled shrimp one night. Every meal I ate at the condo was on the balcony. We rode bikes, took walks on the beaches, spent one day at Waterville and went to Adventure Island. And of course, pool time and beach time!! We even flew our kite on the beach! We had been looking foward to this trip all year and we were not disappointed! We are already looking forward to next summer and our return to Gulf Shores!!

Our family stayed at this gorgeous property from May 29th through June 5th, 2010. The condo was beautifully decorated and had every amenity that we could possibly need. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions. Having never rented through VRBO, we were surprised at the ease of the rental process and check-in. The property itself was wonderful and very well maintained. It has a children's pool that was a hit with our 2 year old. It also has an indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. The restaurant, Sea n Suds, was adjacent to the property and had great food at reasonable prices. The location of the condo was in the heart of Gulf Shores, so most activities and attractions were a short drive away. As far as dining goes, we really enjoyed the Shrimp Basket and Lulu's. The Gulf State Pier was only a couple of miles east of the property and my son and I had the opportunity to fish several of the days we were there. There was no oil on the beach until the last day, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful ocean. However, there are so many things to do on this property and in Gulf Shores that we would not hesitate to come back even if we could not swim in the ocean. Went down to Gulf Shores for Spring Break and we had an awesome time at the Seawind Condos! The unit was perfect for what we wanted and that was to just relax by the beach. The unit was very clean, well stocked, and had every amenity that we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and made herself available at anytime to answer any question we had during the reservation process. If we ever make it back to Gulf Shores, we will certainly stay here again. Great condo at a great price! We will recommend to all our family and friends.

The condo was so wonderful! Everything was very nice and clean and everthing we needed was right there. We really loved how close the beach was and the view was wonderful from our balcony. The kids loved the pool and wanted to do nothing but be in it. This was our first vacation taking our kids along with us and the condo made it so much easier than a hotel room would have been. I would recommend this condo to anyone and plan on returning next year and for many years to follow.

We have gone to Gulf Shores for the past 21 years; we started staying in Condos about 10 years ago. We have never stayed in the same place more than once. We have been searching for a place to come back to...I think that we have found it. We stayed June 6th-13th and it was GREAT! The condo was amazing. The pool was wonderful. I loved the kid pool; it made my life easier. We will be back next year! Our only compliant was one of the security officers was very excited about her job and the wristbands for the pool. We didn't have any wristbands in the room and we had to buy them. We left them in the room when we left so that others could have them for the pool. That was not a big deal and was taken care of very easily. I'm just thankful that we found a place to come back to next year! Thanks so much!

What an AWESOME condo!! We had a great Thanksgiving stay. This is definately a place we would stay again. Our only problem was the missing key when we arrived. Hope you found it.

This rental was great. The description was accurate. The accomodations and decoration of the condo was perfect. The owners were easy to rent from. Check in and check out was quick and easy as well. Only complaint was we didn't realize there weren't simple things like salt and pepper. Who packs that? However, overall, we had an amazing expereince and would highly recommend this condo for a great vacation!

Only one phrase to explain this heaven sent getaway. "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME" Everything you needed was at our finger tips. The unit was so clean it was unreal. Don't want to stay for anywhere else but there.

Thanks so much for allowing us the use of your condo for a week. My family loved everything about this condo. The view of the beach, the balcony, the size of the rooms and comfy beds. The children also loved the kiddie pool and indoor pool. The security here also made us feel safe. Everything was within walking distance. Also an added extra is you can see the parasailing from your balcony and the planes. Thanks again so much and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. We will be staying with you again.

I loved everything about this place but just have to mention the KITCHEN. Beautiful granite countertops, fully stocked with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, side by side refrigerator, ice maker, ceramic top stove and oven, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, even plastic storage containers. EVERYTHING. You will love this place.

We loved it. Pretty furnishings, plenty of room. Great having a washer/dryer and all the amenities of home. Large balcony overlooking the ocean with table and chairs. Loved the boardwalk to the beach, fitness center, hot tub, indoor/ outdoor pool, covered parking and cute kiddie pool. Located near shopping and restaurants. Everything was top-notch. Would definitely stay there again.

Terri Thank you so much for renting your vacation home to us over the Thanksgiving holidays. My family especially enjoyed the fitness center looking out over the ocean.
