The Treehouse is a newly constructed 3,500+ square foot "lodge" nestled in the woods, less than five miles from Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area. There are Four Bedrooms, a master with King, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a bunk room that will sleep five people comfortably. There is an additional Queen bed downstairs and pull-out mattresses in the loft. There are three and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessities. A 6-person hot tub is conveniently situated on the back deck, offering easy access,privacy and relaxation.
There are many unique mountain-themed features in the Treehouse. There is room for 10 to sit and eat at the dining room table. The living room has a TV and space to spread out around a wood-burning stove (firewood provided). Natural slate and character hickory make up the rustic flooring, slate and marble tile murals highlight the woodstove and the master shower. The loft features a one-of-a-kind steel and log railing of pine tree silhouettes. The multiple windows in the Treehouse allow views of the Continental Divide and a peaceful meadow where moose and deer have been spotted.
Enjoy skiing or other winter activities at "Winter Park"/"Mary Jane", "Sol Vista" or "Devils Thumb Ranch" access to the all areas is quick and easy. The town of Winter Park has numerous restaurants and shops. The quaint town of Fraser is only one mile away and has a Safeway supermarket, a few restaurants, and shops.
It's a perfect size for a family reunion or two families to spend a fun-filled vacation together. After a superb day of "skiing" come back and enjoy nearby sledding, quiet by the fire or puzzles, board games, cards or movies (adult and Disney available).

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Winter Park Ranch
We previously owned a 2 bedroom condo in Meadowridge. We love visiting Fraser summers and winters and wanted more space. We bought property in Winter Park Ranch in 2003 (about a mile away) and started building in 2005. We love that we are nestled in the woods, close to walking, running, biking and cross-country trails, with great views yet and still close to Winter Park Resort and "downtown" Fraser-Safeway, library, and tennis courts.

Hi, we loved staying at this beautiful house nestled in the pine forest. It was wonderful to enjoy the large hot tub on the deck while we watched the snow falling on the pine trees. We highly recommend staying here with your family.

Great home for family gatherings with sleeping accommodations on 3 floors. Convenient location with outstanding views. Attractively furnished reflecting a Colorado majestic mountain theme. One visit and you'll definitely want to return.
