Little Cayman is the smallest and least developed of the three Cayman Islands, located 87 miles northeast of Grand Cayman, five miles west of Cayman Brac, 480 miles from Miami and 90 miles south of Havana. Commercial air service is provided by Island Air and Cayman Airways, with flights running between Grand Cayman and Little Cayman 4 times a day.
