We stayed here in April 2010 , and this unit exceeded our expectations. My sister-in-law had flown in from Chicago, and I live in the Panhandle. She was blown away with the accomodations. The decor is exceptional, and we wanted for nothing because this unit is well-appointed. Melissa was a pleasure to do business with as well. I look forward to staying here again.

We have stayed in this condo many times. It is high on the 21st floor which gives you a great view of the emerald green waters. It is also the ideal place to watch the sunset in the evening. There are plenty of resturants and shopping within walking distance which is nice if you had a few to many. It has two very nice pools although we never used them. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's brand new, nicely furnished and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children easy.

My Fiance and I stayed at this condo for the 2nd time . We love this unit ! We stayed 4 nights . The view is beautiful from the Balcony ! We realy love how close it is to Pier Park and to the Pier itself you can walk to both . The condo is decorated so pretty everything is there that you need just bring food and get ready for a wonderful stay !! Melissa has made sure that your stay will be a relaxing stay in this unit ! We have already booked additional stays for this year and next year ! Thanks Melissa for all your help ! Can't wait till our next stay .

My husbnd and I stayed in this condo for 3 night and absolutely loved it. Very spacious,clean and beatifully furnished(comfortable bed). The view from the balcony was awesome. We saw stingray the first morning and a dolphin the morning we departed. Everything you would need is provided. We did worry about the posibility of our car being towed wghile parked in the garage but the front desk gave us a parking pass with no problem. The condo is within walking distance to Pier Park so if you get a little tipsy at one of the establishment,our favorite place to go is Tootsie, you can walk home. We didnt have to worry about that but some people should have... Thanks Melissa for being so easy to communicate with, we love your place and will be back.
