An ideally located condo in the beautiful Kamaole Sands Resort. A larger Italian-tiled lanai on the ground floor opens onto a wonderful grassy area, lushly landscaped with gardens, pond, and fountain, one of the nicest grounds in Kihei. You can even see a view of the ocean through the palm trees!
One of the best beaches in Maui, Kamole Beach Park III, is just steps away from the lanai for a day of snorkeling, boogie-boarding, body-surfing, swimming, or just taking a nap on the sunny side of Maui. It offers both large sandy or grassy beach areas, or picnic tables for your use.
If you prefer the pool, we have a large, gorgeous one with 2 spas. A tennis court and barbeque area are just steps away, as well. Kamaole Sands is located on the border of Kihei and Wailea, offering beautiful walks, shopping (both indoors and outdoors), restaurants, activities, sidewalk-dining, etc. The view of the ocean from here is a perfect setting for romantic sunsets and whale-watching in the winter months.
Island-style furniture gives the condo a tropical, comfortable atmosphere, with queen beds for a great night's sleep. Newly tiled floors throughout. Condo was completely remodeled in October 2011. Cable TV in living and bedroom, as well as palm-leaf ceiling fans and A/C, with 2 separate baths for privacy. Cable Internet Service is now available at all times in the unit, as well as a stereo system. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom for a good night's sleep in the warmer months.
A full kitchen, updated with a new refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher has all the conveniences you need to make your stay comfortable,there's even a blender! This is an 'A' rated unit, well-maintained and a perfect home base to enjoy paradise from!

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We live in Grass Valley, California, (60 miles northeast of Sacramento), where Lynn is a pharmacist in a community clinic and Cheryl is an administrator for a Lawyer Referral Service. We met in our local high school in ninth grade and have lived in Grass Valley most of our lives, raising 3 children and enjoying our extended families in the area. We hope to spend the winter months in our condo in Maui someday when we retire, because we both believe it's one of the best places on earth!
Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands:
We love the Kihei location for it's native, local character, it's amazing beaches, and it's best-of-the-island weather. We love to snorkel and have so many great places to go just minutes from Kamaole Sands. The beach just a 3 minute walk from our condo is one of the best beaches on Maui. The grounds in Kam Sands are one of it's best features, full of tropical flowers, fountains, lots of grass, well-kept barbeque areas, and a pool you can spend all day by. We love to walk in to Kihei in the mornings and drink our coffee watching the surfers, or walk down the beach path toward Wailea.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We bought our beautiful condo in Maui with our family in 2005 and have loved spending time in it every year, making improvements, upgrading appliances and fixtures, enjoying the tropical serenity of the Kamaole Sands grounds and pool, barbecuing in the evenings, and watching the sunsets from the beach. Every time we are there we try to make our condo a better place for our renters so their vacation will be the best one they've ever had!
