Welcome to Jim's Paradise Beach House located at Lot #95 in the Palm Beach Estates Area in Playa Grande, Costa Rica. Check out a new video of the house at vimeo dot com/2560422 Enjoy a very spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house with your very own Private Pool, outdoor barbeque, and more. Ideal for a group of 3 to 8 people (1 - 12 maximum). Walk from the house down a short path from the back yard straight to the ocean at the gorgeous Playa Grande beach.
The upstairs of Jim's Beach House has a very spacious master suite with a king size bed and a large couch that pulls out into a queen size futon bed if needed. From the master bedroom you can walk out on to your private deck with a balcony over looking the pool. The upstairs balcony has comfortable chairs and rockers that adjust nicely for reading and a possible afternoon nap. Upstairs next to the master bedroom is a large master bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet, and sink.
Walk in the front door on the first floor of Jim's Beach House to view a large living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has 2 large couches, chairs, and a coffee table. The dining area seats up to 10 guests comfortably and all of the silverware, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided. The kitchen has a large sink, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, blender for margaritas, and large island for preparing food and extra counter space. There is also a private washer and dryer in a side room next to the kitchen for guest use.
The East Guest Bedroom of Jim's Beach House has a king size bed and a patio with a comfortable hammock just outside. There is also a large couch in this room that pulls out into a queen-size pull out futon bed if needed. Look out the patio doors of the East Guest Bedroom to a fun swing set for two. One swing is ideal for a very young one and the second is great for all ages. There is a bathroom attached to this bedroom with a large walk in shower toilet and sink.
The West Guest Bedroom of Jim's Beach House has a king size bed and a view out to the out door barbeque and pool. There is a bathroom attached to the bedroom with a large walk in shower toilet and sink as well.
Of the many fun things to do in the area some of them include surfing, swimming, relaxing, and for those of you who are more adventurous zip-lining and if during the right season possibly taking a midnight tour to watch the amazing Leather Back Turtles hatch their eggs right on the beach!
It's excellent location allows guests to walk to Stores and Restaurants from the house in minutes and is a great getaway for family and friends. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Jim! I thought today would be a great day to express my gratitude for my experience in Playa Grande. Everything was perfect. It was way more than I expected. The house is beautiful and is designed perfectly. We did not have any problems whatsoever. Max was very accommodating and helpful and kind. We had no problem getting in touch with him for everything we needed. Alyssa was great as well. She helped us with tours and excursions. We got a great hook up from Brittany that runs the taco stand up the beach. She set us up with Carmenza to go see the Waterfall. It was like heaven on earth. It made me cry it was so amazing. I did get a chance to have the house to myself on a couple days. It was so peaceful and quiet. I just sat in the backyard and watched the wild life and the trees. I fell asleep outside a couple of nights just watching the stars. You know I could go on and on about the country and the beach. I definitely will look into renting a house from now on instead of a hotel. It was cozy and comfortable. My whole group had the trip of a lifetime. They were floored with the house, food and how nice everyone was. We did get some great seafood and pastries from the trucks that came by. Our Thanksgiving dinner will be casado with fish. I have asked them all to write something to send to you. I will forward those when i get them. Luckily there were no major injuries with this group. :) We are all grieving a bit being back home and back to reality. Each time I have gone to Costa Rica has been a spiritual experience but this time was very special. I would absolutely recommend your house for a relaxing and carefree vacation. My goal is to travel there twice a year now. I would definitely stay at your house again. It was perfect! I hope you and your family have a great holiday and receive all the good Karma you deserve. We would like to thank you for the wonderful vacation we had at Playa Grande (Nov.18.2008- Nov.29.2008). The house was perfect and Max and Rosa were also very nice and helpful. I was there from December 29th 2006 to January 13th 2007 and we had a complete blast with our friends and family. We went surfing, travelling south, saw monkeys, & ate great food! New Years was amazing in Tamarindo at the Mambo Club and the house was spectacular! It was great being able to walk to restaurants and to the grocery store and to have the beach so close as well. The pool was very refreshing after a great surf! Can't wait to go back again sometime soon!
