Three decks with gas barbeque. There is wireless high-speed Internet access. This is a great family cabin where many special memories can be made.
You will find a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining with a table that expands to 102". The cabin has three decks, one with a gas BBQ, and an indoor washer/dryer for your convenience. The cabin is located on a private cul-de-sac road and has lots of privacy. There are many slopes for great sledding all around the cabin.
Garage access, with ping-pong table and ski racks. PLEASE - NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Why the Owner Chose Big Bear Lake
Summit Estates is a great area - walk to Snow Summit ski area, and just a few minutes drive to Bear Mountain, the Big Bear Lake, and Village. We are very close to hiking/biking trails and many fun activities during summer months. Located on a private, cul-de-sac road, we maintain the "mountain hideaway" location which offers a great escape for year-round fun and relaxation. It is a perfect cabin for our family and is very special to us.

We have rented cabins in Big Bear for many years for our family. We had the opportunity to buy our own and were so fortunate to find our cabin, Steps-2-Summit. It is a perfect family cabin and we have enjoyed many special moments and happy family get-togethers. We can walk to the ski area, have lots of fun sledding and playing in the snow all around the cabin during the winter months. Summer offers lots of great activities. We all take advantage of all the hiking/bicycling trails, and many lake activities. We hope you enjoy Big Bear Lake and our cabin as much as we do.
