This 1926 classic has been completely renovated and she has been brought back to her original beauty. The home is near everything you could imagine on Cape Cod with the lovely Victorian Village of Onset just 5 minutes away.
The home is nestled next to 150 acres of wildlife sanctuary and has beautifully landscaped grounds. There is an 18 hole golf course at the beginning of the driveway and a sports court for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton. Some of the best windsurfing in the world is outside your front deck. Adirondack chairs are positioned around the grounds and on the beach for your comfort. The home has over 200' of private beach and the water is safe and warm.
There are two kitchens with three refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and two ovens. The home offers an 80 foot outdoor deck overlooking the ocean to enjoy all the incredible views and sunrises and sunsets. We have a private chef (at an additional expense) that comes in and prepares the most wonderful meals from simple elegance to barbecue from exotic to gourmet. The home is in an ideal location, close to almost everything the Cape, South Coast, Newport, Plymouth and Boston have to offer. Great spot for day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Near the best lobster roll in the country. Warm water and safe water.
