Our unit (1006E) is the most popular floor plan in the complex and is professionally decorated. It looks directly out onto the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of the gulf.
Unit 1006 is a tenth floor west-end unit with a spectacular view, 9’ ceilings, a super large balcony (12'X 30' 370 square feet) on the gulf side, and another private balcony (20'X 6' 126 square feet) on the bay side (off the second and third bedrooms).
The living room is tastefully decorated, offers comfortable seating for six with additional chairs should you have more than six. It offers unbelievable views from anywhere within the living room, dinning room and kitchen.
Each room has a large TV and DVD player. The living room also has a VCR in addition to the DVD player. Board/card games and books are available within the unit for adults and children. Wireless high-speed internet access is available. We have supplied the little things such as over sized, soft beach towels, hair dryers in every bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen, in addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, has custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and GE appliances...blender, waffle iron, iced tea maker,large BOIL-POT, etc. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Even laundry detergent is included.
The ocean view dining area boasts a beautiful glass dining set, with extra seating at the bar. The large balcony also features natural woven reed furniture with large loungers featuring, comfortable overstuffed cushions, where you will enjoy gulf breezes, the crashing of the surf, magnificent views and beautiful sunsets. There is also a teak, bar-height patio set to allow completely unobstructed views of the beautiful beach and emerald gulf waters.
The Master bedroom, which also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, features a King-size luxury bed, a large closet, 4ft X 6ft window (to view the beach and Gulf) and an 8ft slider to access the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The master bath features a separate walk-in shower (7'X5') with a bench, jetted-Jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks.
The second bedroom, a second master suite, has a queen-size bed with private bath and deep Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and has access to the shared-bath without going outside the room. These two bedrooms share a balcony, which has a table and chairs, views of the bay, tennis courts, and the city lights of Destin.
As a guest in Silver Beach Towers, you will enjoy two gulf side pools and two hot tubs, so you never feel crowded. Beach side umbrella and chair service is available to allow you to relax and enjoy your place in paradise.
For those who want a bit more action, you have the option of rentals for all water sport activities such as wave runners, sailboats, kayaks, and parasailing. Tennis is available on brand new courts. A Blockbuster video rental store and pizza restaurant is directly across the street from Silver Beach Towers for the nights you want to stay in and relax. We are close to many fine restaurants (walking distance), grocery stores, and shopping areas.
You will have an assigned parking space which is about 50 feet from the entry doors and elevators.Two elevators serve each three units per floor, which means neither long waits nor long walks to your unit. Silver Beach is a gated complex with secure entry from the street and the beach. Entry into the building requires a pass code. You can unload and load in the underground garage, which also has secure entry. Getting in and out of Silver Beach is easy, as we have a stop light at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Airport Road.
All guests have membership privileges at the Silver Shells Beach Resort, which includes a full service spa (chargeable, - offering everything from facials to Hot Stone massages), health club, cardio center, indoor/outdoor heated pool, and much more. Silver Shells has activities and recreation programs, for adults as well as children, almost daily. Just one visit and you will see why this property is the crown jewel of the Destin.

I am sorry Jennifer feels this way. She wanted a better price, which was lower than I could go. She indicated her husband would be home soon and she would phone me either way. I received no phone call and had another renter request our condo, therefore I agreed to rent to them. I do feel that with all the other offers she had coming in, that she should have had no problem securing another condo.

We enjoyed your lovely condo with my mother-in-law (72) and our daughter (22) and we all had a wonderful and so very comfortable stay in your unit. It is decorated so beautifully and has a great view of the sunset. We hit the beaches every day and our weather was great all week; my mother-in-law could enoy the sea views morning to night. You are lovely and thoughtful hosts and we thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed so much our 3 generation get together.

What a wonderful way to spend our 28th anniversary and our first vacation by ourselves in many years! We've stayed many places in Destin over the years, and yours is certainly our #1 choice. Room arrangement is great and the views - well, they speak for themselves! I felt as though I was at home - we have similar tastes - and your interiors are lovely and inviting.
