Our unit (1006E) is the most popular floor plan in the complex and is professionally decorated. It looks directly out onto the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of the gulf.
Unit 1006 is a tenth floor west-end unit with a spectacular view, 9’ ceilings, a super large balcony (12'X 30' 370 square feet) on the gulf side, and another private balcony (20'X 6' 126 square feet) on the bay side (off the second and third bedrooms).
The living room is tastefully decorated, offers comfortable seating for six with additional chairs should you have more than six. It offers unbelievable views from anywhere within the living room, dinning room and kitchen.
Each room has a large TV and DVD player. The living room also has a VCR in addition to the DVD player. Board/card games and books are available within the unit for adults and children. Wireless high-speed internet access is available. We have supplied the little things such as over sized, soft beach towels, hair dryers in every bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen, in addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, has custom cabinets, Corian counter tops, and GE appliances...blender, waffle iron, iced tea maker,large BOIL-POT, etc. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Even laundry detergent is included.
The ocean view dining area boasts a beautiful glass dining set, with extra seating at the bar. The large balcony also features natural woven reed furniture with large loungers, where you will enjoy gulf breezes, the crashing of the surf, magnificent views and beautiful sunsets. .
The Master bedroom, which also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, features a King-size luxury bed, a large closet, 4ft X 6ft window (to view the beach and Gulf) and an 8ft slider to access the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The master bath features a separate walk-in shower (7'X5') with a bench, jetted-Jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks.
The second bedroom, a second master suite, has a queen-size bed with private bath and deep Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and has access to the shared-bath without going outside the room. These two bedrooms share a balcony, which has a table and chairs, views of the bay, tennis courts, and the city lights of Destin.
As a guest in Silver Beach Towers, you will enjoy two gulf side pools and two hot tubs, so you never feel crowded. Beach side umbrella and chair service is available to allow you to relax and enjoy your place in paradise.
For those who want a bit more action, you have the option of rentals for all water sport activities such as wave runners, sailboats, kayaks, and para-sailing. Tennis is available on brand new courts. A Blockbuster video rental store and pizza restaurant is directly across the street from Silver Beach Towers for the nights you want to stay in and relax. We are close to many fine restaurants (walking distance), grocery stores, and shopping areas.
You will have an assigned parking space which is about 50 feet from the entry doors and elevators.Two elevators serve each three units per floor, which means neither long waits nor long walks to your unit. Silver Beach is a gated complex with secure entry from the street and the beach. Entry into the building requires a pass code. You can unload and load in the underground garage, which also has secure entry. Getting in and out of Silver Beach is easy, as we have a stop light at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Airport Road.
Just one visit and you will see why this property is the crown jewel of the Destin.

Beautiful condo with magnificent view! Great location & easy to get in/out. Condo was very accommodating and is a great floor plan. Owner was accessible & was wonderful to work with. The only semi-negative thing is the beach set-up - very little space between umbrellas. Over all, however, a supreme vacation spot on the beach in Destin. We will definitely be back to this condo!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This was mine and my families first trip to Florida. I searched for MONTHS to try and find the perfect beach front condo (I'm very picky) that would be perfect for our family vacation..a home away from home...This Beautiful Condo exceeded me and my families expectations!!! It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want. The pictures where exactly like the condo when we arrived. It took our breath away. To wake up every morning and hear the ocean a few feet away was amazing to say the least & the views one word WOW!!! Its literally ON THE BEACH :) we saw Dolphins swim by from our balconies every morning and evening. The condo was so beautifully decorated and so cozy and its very roomy. we loved the floor to ceiling windows! The beds where so comphy! I cant say enough good things about this condo!! The elevators where so quick!!! the water was crystal clear and as my son says its not sand...its white flour :) The owners where so great to work with. WONDERFUL people! the building was such a safe and clean place! Thank you so much Don for sharing this little piece of HEAVEN with me and my family for a week...We will be back for sure next year!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Beautiful condo! everything was even better than online photos! beautiful balcony with great views of the gulf. clear water beautiful shades of green & blue;sand that is like sugar & clean. chairs set up on the beach every morning--a closet full of beach toys like boogie boards, floats, paddle boards & childres toys. we loved the back porch restaurant walkable from the beach & deweys. we paddle boarded with GUSU and went down to seaside for the day & rented bikes. all in all, a great relaxing vacation! the condo is beautifully furnishedDid you find this review helpful? We have stayed at this condo over the weekend. Thanks Don for allowing us to stay for 2 days over the weekend. Most of the Condos/Resorts allows only 3+ days but Don allowed us to stay for 2 days and that was great advantage for us. The Condo was furnished well and every single room is well thought ! Kitchen has all the utensils including salt, pepper and basic washing needs for dish washer. It has laundry room so that we can wash the wet clothes immediately - Thats a bonus. Don had a reserved space for car parking at the underground garage and parking space is just across the elevator. Very clean and well maintained Condo. The best part is the extra large Balcony - I think Silver beach towers is best in this aspect. I am planning to stay here Spring 2012 with my parents......Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Don, what a wonderful condo!~ We truly enjoyed all of the accommodations! Your condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and laid out so spaciously that our family of 6 adults had all the space we needed. The kitchen was terrific with all the comforts of home. What a delight it was to sit on the large balcony looking out to the breathtaking beach! It was really convenient having easy access to the beach from the condo and the two pools with one of them heated was wonderful. The convenient elevator access with plenty of carts to transport our luggage, etc was a plus along with having a traffic light at the entrance of the condo to get in and out of was a BIG plus Some great places to eat were Another Broken Egg, Back Porch, AJ's, and Louisiana Lagniappe. Bay Town Wharf is a really neat place to go to where there are neat shops and restaurants and a peer to walk out on. It was such a pleasure dealing with you from our first phone call all the way to the end with us receiving our deposit is such a timely manner. we would definitely recommend your condo and look forward to coming back one day. Don,we have truly been revived during our stay at your condo,it is a great place to get away with nothing that requires doing except enjoy every restful moment. When we look for a rental we read the reviews. Here are some things we found about ur condo.It feels like a home not a rental.The kitchen is large,open,& fully equipped withEVERYTHING u would need. silver beach towers location is convenient to everything & is just a few steps to the beach,we have stayed at SBeach towers several times &have always found the water calm compared to places closer to Ft Walton. Great for kids! The gated security provides a safer place for children(for us teen girls) . In your condo layout each bedroom has privacy,especially the master suite which has the deluxe comfy mattress.We enjoyed the extra large deck that has quality furniture even two loungers! The elevators have always been quick very close to the parking & the abundance of carts made unloading easy. We enjoyed all of this but the best thing was how clean and organized your condo was when we arrived. Your hospitality radiates in the feel of your home, thanks for sharing!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

The accomodations were great. Very beautifully decorated but yet so comfortable, and we felt at home. The owners were wonderful and very gracious and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation destination. The views from the balcony truly were gorgeous and we did feel like we were living in luxury. Not only were our accomodations top notch, but the Destin area is full of wonderful restaurants and plenty of shopping venues.
