We have stayed at this condo over the weekend. Thanks Don for allowing us to stay for 2 days over the weekend. Most of the Condos/Resorts allows only 3+ days but Don allowed us to stay for 2 days and that was great advantage for us. The Condo was furnished well and every single room is well thought ! Kitchen has all the utensils including salt, pepper and basic washing needs for dish washer. It has laundry room so that we can wash the wet clothes immediately - Thats a bonus. Don had a reserved space for car parking at the underground garage and parking space is just across the elevator. Very clean and well maintained Condo. The best part is the extra large Balcony - I think Silver beach towers is best in this aspect. I am planning to stay here Spring 2012 with my parents......

We had a great family vacation. The condo has all that you could ask for and more. We're looking forward to returning. The owners are very gracious and accomodating.

Don, what a wonderful condo!~ We truly enjoyed all of the accommodations! Your condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and laid out so spaciously that our family of 6 adults had all the space we needed. The kitchen was terrific with all the comforts of home. What a delight it was to sit on the large balcony looking out to the breathtaking beach! It was really convenient having easy access to the beach from the condo and the two pools with one of them heated was wonderful. The convenient elevator access with plenty of carts to transport our luggage, etc was a plus along with having a traffic light at the entrance of the condo to get in and out of was a BIG plus Some great places to eat were Another Broken Egg, Back Porch, AJ's, and Louisiana Lagniappe. Bay Town Wharf is a really neat place to go to where there are neat shops and restaurants and a peer to walk out on. It was such a pleasure dealing with you from our first phone call all the way to the end with us receiving our deposit is such a timely manner. we would definitely recommend your condo and look forward to coming back one day. We love Destin!

Don,we have truly been revived during our stay at your condo,it is a great place to get away with nothing that requires doing except enjoy every restful moment. When we look for a rental we read the reviews. Here are some things we found about ur condo.It feels like a home not a rental.The kitchen is large,open,& fully equipped withEVERYTHING u would need. silver beach towers location is convenient to everything & is just a few steps to the beach,we have stayed at SBeach towers several times &have always found the water calm compared to places closer to Ft Walton. Great for kids! The gated security provides a safer place for children(for us teen girls) . In your condo layout each bedroom has privacy,especially the master suite which has the deluxe comfy mattress.We enjoyed the extra large deck that has quality furniture even two loungers! The elevators have always been quick very close to the parking & the abundance of carts made unloading easy. We enjoyed all of this but the best thing was how clean and organized your condo was when we arrived. Your hospitality radiates in the feel of your home, thanks for sharing!

Don, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The pictures on the web site are very accurate and the description of the extras is right on. The weather was perfect for our spring break vacation. The beach, pool and workout facilities were great. You were easy to work with and we look forward to coming back!

The accomodations were great. Very beautifully decorated but yet so comfortable, and we felt at home. The owners were wonderful and very gracious and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation destination. The views from the balcony truly were gorgeous and we did feel like we were living in luxury. Not only were our accomodations top notch, but the Destin area is full of wonderful restaurants and plenty of shopping venues. This was a wonderful vacation, and we hope to be back again someday!

We had an offer from the owner. I told him I hoped my husband would soon be home from work & I planned to call him back the same day. My husband could not get out of his meeting until late and my phone was ringing with offers from other owners until after 10 pm. So I emailed the owner accepting the offer. He later called and said he rented it to someone else. He did not even say to the second potential renter that he owed us the courtesy of letting us raise our bid, since I had called first. By the time he called after 8pm the second day, I had declined all offers from other VRBO owners and deleted all of my favorites from 3 days of searching. I do no recommend doing business with this owner.

Owner response:I am sorry Jennifer feels this way. She wanted a better price, which was lower than I could go. She indicated her husband would be home soon and she would phone me either way. I received no phone call and had another renter request our condo, therefore I agreed to rent to them. I do feel that with all the other offers she had coming in, that she should have had no problem securing another condo.

We enjoyed your lovely condo with my mother-in-law (72) and our daughter (22) and we all had a wonderful and so very comfortable stay in your unit. It is decorated so beautifully and has a great view of the sunset. We hit the beaches every day and our weather was great all week; my mother-in-law could enoy the sea views morning to night. You are lovely and thoughtful hosts and we thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed so much our 3 generation get together.

Bobby and I wanted to let you both know how much we've enjoyed our stay this week. We have taken advantage of most everything Silver Beach and Destin has to offer. Our son and daughter-in-law stayed a few days with us and on their 4 month anniversary watched a beach wedding from the balcony! Our week has been perfect. What a wonderful way to spend our 28th anniversary and our first vacation by ourselves in many years! We've stayed many places in Destin over the years, and yours is certainly our #1 choice. Room arrangement is great and the views - well, they speak for themselves! I felt as though I was at home - we have similar tastes - and your interiors are lovely and inviting. The terrace begs you to sit and stay awhile - we did, and often! Thanks again for sharing your condo - we'll be back!

We had a wonderful week. The weather was perfect and your condo is beautiful. It is so spacious and my husband and I loved the master bedroom and bath. Thanks for the use of your lovely condo. We have enjoyed our stay. The surf is magnificient! We never tired of listening to the waves crash below and the sand of Destin is like none other. We played on the beach for hours with our teenage sons as if we were all kids again - FUN FUN FUN - making happy memories! We appreciate the opportunity. Merry Christmas! P.S. We left a jigsaw puzzle and building set for others to enjoy.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night vacation in your beautiful condo. It was tastefully decorated throughout. We especially liked the very comfortable lounge chairs and the plush beach towels. The bed in the master BR was very comfortable and we slept well. We really enjoyed watching the sun set on the large balcomy. Terry played golf a few times and I made it to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. We both enjoyed long walks on the beach. We really look forward to coming back next year.
